Recent shoe purchase
I popped into your store in Latham, NY the other day and got some help from a chap called Jaleek. I was after a particular shoe size but couldn't find it on the shelf or in the computer system. Jaleek was super helpful though, he had a look out the back and actually found the exact shoes I wanted. The other staff members were also really friendly and gave great customer service. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future. Cheers!

Online order
I placed an order online and chose to pick it up in the store. Everything went really smoothly and it was all very easy. The staff at the local store were really helpful and friendly when I went to collect my parcel. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Necklace and bracelet
Oh my gosh, it was such a nightmare getting this necklace and bracelet from this place! They didn't have Trustpilot reviews, so I couldn't tell if they were reliable or not. And, the service was just terrible! The returns form had the wrong details, so when I tried to send something back, I got completely stuck. Let's not even start on the deliveries - I actually lost money because of their unreliable delivery service. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone!
