Dress
I bought a dress from this shop not long ago, and I have to say I was really pleased with the customer service I got. When there was a problem with my delivery, the staff were quick to help and sort it out. I also found that the size of the dress was just right, which was a nice surprise. I've now ordered something else and I'm curious to see if the service will be just as good.

News video production software
I was really excited to try out this new video production software that promised lots of different voices and voice-to-text transcription. I was looking forward to making my videos sound really cool with all these different voices. However, it turns out that most of the voices were more suited to gaming and entertainment, rather than being ideal for my news videos. Plus, the transcription limit was a real letdown - who can summarise all the news in just one minute?<br>On the positive side, Ray from customer support was fantastic! He was so helpful and empathetic. He mentioned that they are working on adding more voices and longer transcriptions. Since the software wasn't quite suitable for me yet, he processed my refund really quickly.<br>Overall, VoxBox is enjoyable but not quite ready for news narration like I required. I will keep an eye on it and consider purchasing it again when it has more voices and longer transcriptions!

My time with MusicGurus has been absolutely amazing. I've really dived into the world of Blues and Boogie Woogie Piano, all thanks to my brilliant tutor. The courses have given me a great insight into the styles, and being able to go back to lessons whenever I want has been so helpful. I can't praise MusicGurus highly enough for those wanting to enhance their musical abilities and knowledge.

I recently had to swap a pair of shoes on Klekt and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. I accidentally bought the wrong size and needed to cancel that order and buy the right one. Cancelling the wrong order was so easy and fast. Once the cancellation went through, the money was back in my account right away. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole thing was. Also, I got to talk to F. from customer service, who was so nice and helpful the entire time. Their professionalism and willingness to help me with my issue made the whole process stress-free and simple.
