I've been really impressed with the utility app for Apple devices. It can do things that other apps just can't, which really makes it stand out. The team's service has been top-notch, and I'm genuinely blown away by their skill and how quickly they get things done.

I had a bit of a nightmare when my device suddenly turned black after an update, and I was panicking about losing all my stuff. Luckily, the company's fix worked like a charm, and I managed to sort it out without losing anything important. And to top it off, it was way cheaper than the local repair shop's quote, where they even warned me about potential data loss. The service not only fixed my issue but also saved me some cash and my precious data, which I was really thankful for. Even had a little blip with my email address during sign-up, but the customer support team were super fast in sorting it out and making sure I could access everything smoothly. Overall, I was seriously impressed with how well the solution worked, the money I saved, and the top-notch customer service.
News video production software
I was really excited to try out this new video production software that promised lots of different voices and voice-to-text transcription. I was looking forward to making my videos sound really cool with all these different voices. However, it turns out that most of the voices were more suited to gaming and entertainment, rather than being ideal for my news videos. Plus, the transcription limit was a real letdown - who can summarise all the news in just one minute?<br>On the positive side, Ray from customer support was fantastic! He was so helpful and empathetic. He mentioned that they are working on adding more voices and longer transcriptions. Since the software wasn't quite suitable for me yet, he processed my refund really quickly.<br>Overall, VoxBox is enjoyable but not quite ready for news narration like I required. I will keep an eye on it and consider purchasing it again when it has more voices and longer transcriptions!
