Recent sneaker purchase
I recently bought a pair of sneakers from Klekt, and I have to say I was really impressed with how they arrived. The sneakers were just as good as they were described on the website, and I was happy with the whole experience. However, there was a little problem with my last order when the sneaker shields I ordered didn't show up. I got in touch with their customer support team straight away, and I have to say, Francisca was amazing in sorting out the issue quickly. I really appreciate how efficient and professional Klekt's customer support team was, it made everything easy. I don't usually praise companies easily, but they deserve some credit. I'll definitely be coming back to Klekt as a customer.

J4 NAVY shoes
I recently bought a pair of J4 NAVY shoes from Klekt, but unfortunately, there was a problem with the manufacturing of the shoes. I got in touch with the customer service team to sort it out, and I was really happy with how they dealt with the situation. Instead of just sending me new shoes right away, they actually spoke to the buyer about the issue and asked if they still wanted to go ahead with the purchase. I thought this was a great way to handle it because it showed they cared about being open and making sure the customer was happy. In the end, I managed to sell the shoes and the buyer was informed about the manufacturing problem. All in all, I was pleased with the service from Klekt on this occasion.

Shoe exchange
I recently had to swap a pair of shoes on Klekt and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. I accidentally bought the wrong size and needed to cancel that order and buy the right one. Cancelling the wrong order was so easy and fast. Once the cancellation went through, the money was back in my account right away. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole thing was. Also, I got to talk to F. from customer service, who was so nice and helpful the entire time. Their professionalism and willingness to help me with my issue made the whole process stress-free and simple.

Unauthorized shoe order cancellation
I found out recently that my son had gone ahead and ordered four pairs of shoes without asking me first - which was pretty shocking, to say the least. Obviously, I was worried about how this unexpected spending would affect my finances. Luckily, the customer service at Klekt, especially Fransisca, was so helpful in sorting everything out quickly. They not only cancelled the orders but also replied to my emails super fast. The team at Klekt were really professional and polite the whole time, and I'm really thankful for their excellent service.

Shoe purchase
They rang me up and said my shoe was used and sent me dodgy photos of someone else's shoes. I had to cough up 80 quid to get my shoes back, but when I got them, the damages they talked about weren't even there. I feel like I've been ripped off and I'm thinking of taking legal action against them. So watch out for these dodgy scammers!

Great experience, slow shipping, excellent support
I bought something the other day and overall it was pretty good. The item was just like it was described and lived up to what I thought it would be. The only bit that wasn't great was how long it took for the item to arrive, it was a little slower than I thought. But the customer service team were really helpful and quick to sort out any problems I had, which made up for the late delivery.

Nike Air Max purchase
I've just bought my first pair of Nike Air Max from Klekt, and I have to say I was really happy with how it all went. Even though the shipping from Europe to Scotland took a bit longer, my questions were answered super quickly online which was great. I was a bit worried at first because of some bad reviews I'd seen, but everything turned out fine and my order came well-packaged. I'll definitely be using Klekt again in the future.

Authentic shoes with minor factory flaw
At first, I was a bit worried about the reviews I read on this site. But I took a chance and ordered a pair of shoes, and they turned out to be genuine. However, I did spot a small factory error on the 'j' in the wings logo. It was a letdown because I thought there would be better quality checks given the platform's good reputation. All in all, I wasn't completely happy with my purchase and would advise others to watch out for possible factory mistakes when shopping here.

I just can't understand why it's taking them such a long time to confirm if my shoes are genuine or not! It feels like they've been checking forever and still haven't got any results. I mean, seriously, I bought the shoes on Friday and they're still in the process of being checked. What's causing the delay? It's really frustrating!

Bought cool sneakers
I bought these really cool trainers and they are so good! I had a bit of a problem with my email, couldn't get my money, but the customer service was really kind and helped me sort it out so I could get my cash. I'm definitely going to continue shopping here!

Tight trainers
I bought some trainers but they ended up being too small. It's such a pain because I can't get a refund since it's not an official store. So, now I'm stuck waiting to sell them off to get my money back. Such a nightmare!

Easy posting and receiving payment
I found the whole process of putting my stuff up for sale and getting paid on Klekt to be really easy and handy. But, there were a couple of problems I ran into that I think need sorting out. First off, the platform had the wrong DHL drop-off spots, so I ended up dropping my package at a place that doesn't take DHL Express, which is what Klekt uses. That led to unnecessary hassle and confusion for me as a customer. Also, it took more than 24 hours for the platform to update that I dropped off the package, nearly making me miss the cancel deadline. Despite these little hitches, I'd still think about using Klekt again because I reckon these problems can be sorted out pretty easily.

I bought a printed t-shirt from the shop not long ago and honestly, I'm really impressed. It turned up quickly and the print quality was better than I expected. The design was bright and sharp, just like I imagined it would be, so now it's one of my favourite t-shirts in my collection.

Sold Jordan 3 J Balvin shoes
I've had a bit of a bad time with KLEKT recently. I sold a pair of Jordan 3 J Balvin trainers and sent them off on time as I was supposed to. However, there seems to be a problem with the tracking info not being updated on their site. Even though the shoes are already in Holland, I keep getting messages suggesting that I didn't send them, even though I have evidence from UPS. And to top it off, I can't even log into the app anymore. All in all, I'm feeling let down and annoyed by this whole situation.
