timely delivery, expected purchase
I got my order bang on schedule, and it was spot on - just what I was after. The item was top-notch and did the job just like they said it would. But, I've got a little suggestion to make things even better. It'd be mighty handy to have the choice to collect orders from the warehouse, especially for folks like me who stay close by. That way, we wouldn't have to hang around the house waiting for a delivery that might take up a whole afternoon. Cheers.

Frustrating email subscription experience
I've been trying to unsubscribe from their mailing list for the last couple of weeks, clicking the unsubscribe button every day, but I still keep getting emails from them every day. It's really annoying and it feels like they're invading my privacy. All these emails are putting me off buying anything from them in the future.

Unreliable online ordering experience
I made two orders from their online store recently and, to be honest, I was really disappointed with both experiences. The first time I ordered something, it never arrived. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me there was a problem at the warehouse and said they would give me a refund and a 20% discount voucher. But I was a bit annoyed because the discount could only be used on items that weren't already on sale.
