I decided to try out a subscription box from this company, and it's been a total disaster. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but after 4 months, I still haven't gotten my refund. It's pretty clear that this company is a scam because they don't reply to emails and they're not active on platforms like Trustpilot. I've had to get in touch with the UK police and trading standards because of their dodgy dealings. I strongly advise steering clear of this company.

Dress purchase for daughter
I bought a dress for my daughter from this company not long ago. Even though I ordered a size bigger than she usually wears, the dress didn't fit her properly at all. When I tried to get a refund by contacting customer service, they wouldn't give me one. Plus, I didn't realise that the dress was actually being shipped from China, which wasn't mentioned on the website. To be honest, I think I've been tricked and taken advantage of by this company.

I recently ordered a phone cover, thinking it was for an iPhone 15 Pro. However, it was actually for a Pro Max. I emailed the company, explaining my mistake, and they kindly sent me the correct cover without any additional charge. The customer service was truly exceptional, and I am delighted with my new phone cover.

T-shirt with fantastic print quality
I have to say, the t-shirt quality and print are really top-notch. However, I was a bit disappointed that my order took longer than expected. If you want your chosen design to arrive on time, it's best to place your order with plenty of time to spare. It's wonderful to see such talented people creating such fantastic products, but good communication is really important in an online business. There's no excuse for not replying to emails, even on a Saturday - taking the time to respond is beneficial for both you and your customers. Maybe think about adding a contact point on your website, like an email address in a "Contact Us" section. Just getting an automated reply after sending an order number isn't quite good enough. Paying attention to these small details can really improve the overall customer experience.
