T-shirt with fantastic print quality
I have to say, the t-shirt quality and print are really top-notch. However, I was a bit disappointed that my order took longer than expected. If you want your chosen design to arrive on time, it's best to place your order with plenty of time to spare. It's wonderful to see such talented people creating such fantastic products, but good communication is really important in an online business. There's no excuse for not replying to emails, even on a Saturday - taking the time to respond is beneficial for both you and your customers. Maybe think about adding a contact point on your website, like an email address in a "Contact Us" section. Just getting an automated reply after sending an order number isn't quite good enough. Paying attention to these small details can really improve the overall customer experience.
Small ladies t-shirt, X's hoodie
I ordered a small ladies t-shirt to start with, but it was too tight for me. So, I got in touch with the company and they got back to me promptly after the Bank holidays. They asked me what size I needed, and I asked for a medium. They kindly said they'd send it out to me free of charge, and even suggested donating the small t-shirt to charity.
I also bought the X's hoodie, which fit me perfectly and had enough room for me to move around comfortably. A tip for the ladies - go up a size from your usual for a comfier fit. The customer service was great overall, and I would definitely recommend this company for their speedy responses and going the extra mile for their customers.Sweatshirt for granddaughter

Even though that was a bit of a hassle, I have to say the customer service over the phone and email was really good in sorting out the delivery mess. I placed an order for Christmas and was told it would arrive between 21st and 23rd December. However, it's been a week now and my order still hasn't been sent out. It's really inconvenient and disappointing, especially with Christmas coming up. I would suggest others to save their money and find a different retailer, as this one has really let me down.

I found out that I was charged twice for the same order on different dates and when I tried to contact them, nobody responded. Plus, the names on the transactions were really confusing - Davenport, smallhot store - what's going on with that?

I tried to cancel it, but was told it had already been sent out, even though the website said otherwise. It's worrying that there is no contact number or email for help with this problem. I feel like I have no other option than to report this company for being unreliable.

I bought a t-shirt from Shirtbox for my mate's birthday, but it didn't turn up when it was supposed to. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but couldn't seem to speak to anyone. The fact that they haven't kept me updated and missed the deadline has really let me down.

It's crucial for online shops to keep their word on delivery times, especially during busy seasons like Christmas. Customers need to be able to count on getting their orders when promised.
