I decided to try out a subscription box from this company, and it's been a total disaster. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but after 4 months, I still haven't gotten my refund. It's pretty clear that this company is a scam because they don't reply to emails and they're not active on platforms like Trustpilot. I've had to get in touch with the UK police and trading standards because of their dodgy dealings. I strongly advise steering clear of this company.
New car polo shirt ordered
I recently bought an awesome new car polo shirt from this store, and it arrived in just two days! That's really quick! Plus, I discovered a discount code for signing up to their newsletter, so it was the most affordable option compared to other stores. I hadn't even heard of this store before, but I stumbled upon it on Google, and I'm so pleased I did because now I have a fantastic new shirt!
Refund request for returned product
I am really let down by how this company has handled things. I sent back an item and asked for my money back, but I haven't heard anything back at all. It's just not on for a company to ignore their customers like this. I recommend that everyone avoids this company because they're not reliable or professional.
Online purchase of goods
I bought something online on the 15th of September but it never arrived. I emailed the company to ask about my order but only got two responses saying they were checking. I never heard back after that, and my order still hasn't shown up. Luckily, I paid with my credit card so I can dispute the charge. I wish I had checked the reviews on Trustpilot before buying from them; it looks like they might be a scam.
Race Crate subscription box
I recently ordered a Race Crate subscription box from this company, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. When I placed the order, I was supposed to get two items but only received one. I contacted the company, and they said one item was out of stock even though it showed as available when I ordered. They apologised and offered a refund, which sounded promising at first. However, even after waiting for 12 days and sending several follow-up emails, I still didn't get my refund. I had to open a case with Paypal to sort it out. It's disappointing to hear that other customers have had similar issues, which makes me doubt the reliability of this company. Even though they have good prices, the lack of customer service and transparency is a big problem. Anyone thinking of buying from them should be careful and look at other options to avoid being let down.
Jacket purchase
Don't go near that dodgy company, they're a right nightmare. I bought a jacket from them and it's never shown up. They said they refunded me, but it's been three weeks now and I still haven't got my money back. Can't get hold of them on the phone or by email.
Expensive pair of socks with high carriage charge
I bought some really pricey socks from this company as a Christmas gift, thinking I'd get them in time. I chose the 24-hour delivery but they didn't even send it until the 23rd of December. Because of all the Christmas mail hold-ups, it didn't show up until nearly the new year. I tried asking the company what was going on with the delivery but they just ignored all my messages. Honestly, I was pretty let down by the slow delivery and the fact they couldn't even bother to reply. If you're thinking about shopping with them, maybe look at other options to save yourself some hassle.
Muscle car toolbox subscription
That's ridiculous! I signed up for a muscle car toolbox subscription and they just went and cancelled it with no reason given. When I tried to ring customer service, the number was disconnected. It seems like they couldn't care less about us customers. Definitely steer clear of this dodgy company!

What a complete joke of a company. I bought something, and then they cancelled my payment without even telling me. They didn't give me a refund either, and whenever I tried to call them, the phone magically hung up every single time.
Top and Cap
I bought a top and a cap from this company and honestly, I've been so let down by the whole thing. It took ages for my stuff to arrive, and when I eventually got in touch to ask about it, all they said was that it was in the mail room. Since then, despite me sending loads of emails, I've heard nothing more about what's going on. And to top it off, I found out that the company isn't even listed on the business park website they say they're based in. I really should have checked the reviews before I placed my order.
Cap purchase cancelled
What a joke! I ordered a cap from this place, and they had the nerve to cancel my order without even bothering to inform me. To make matters worse, they haven't even refunded the money they took. It's shocking how they treat their customers. I tried emailing them, but surprise, surprise, no reply. So now I have no option but to get my bank and the police involved. Unbelievable.
Car racing kit
Oh my god, this company is absolutely awful! I ordered my car racing kit weeks ago, and I still haven't received it. And when I email them, they don't even bother replying! On top of that, I keep getting weird emails about my parcel not being delivered, it's all very suspicious. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, steer clear at all costs!

I ordered this really cool subscription box, you know? But then they just went and cancelled my order without even letting me know, such a scam! They actually took my money and didn't give me anything in return. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. Definitely not planning to order from them again!
Red Bull team jacket
I bought a Red Bull team jacket for my son from this company recently, but it turned out to be the wrong size. I tried getting in touch with them through two emails and three phone calls, but unfortunately, they completely ignored me. It's really disappointing to experience such poor customer service from a company. Now I have a jacket that doesn't fit my son, and I'm not sure what to do with it, maybe just sell it on Ebay. I would suggest to others to steer clear of this company because it looks like they don't really care about providing good customer service.
F1 t-shirt purchase cancellation
I recently ordered an F1 t-shirt for my daughter, but the next day I discovered that my order had been cancelled. Even though the money is still in my account, I can't sort it out until the payment actually goes through. I've emailed the company to ask about the cancellation, but I haven't heard back yet. After seeing all the bad reviews for Race Crate, I wish I hadn't trusted them and now plan to get a refund from my bank instead.
Delayed Delivery
I am really let down by Race Crate's customer service. They said they'd deliver my £170.00 worth of items in 3-5 working days, but I ordered them on the 8th of February and they still haven't shown up. It's now the 26th of February and I'm getting impatient. I waited for 10 days before finally deciding to contact their customer service for help.
