Funny thing — I first saw the hoodie on Instagram and told a mate to order one. I was half expecting slow replies, but they emailed back fast and delivery was quicker than I thought. Fit’s decent, colours ok. I was sceptical, but ended up pleased. Would buy again, honestly.
Surprisingly nice tee
I grabbed this Ferrari ladies' tee on a whim last month and popped it on straight away. It's soft, not clingy, fits nicely across the shoulders. Colours stayed bright after a wash, which surprised me — usually that fades. Wore it out with trainers. Simple, comfy and gets noticed. Glad I bought it, really, and affordable too.
Little gem, honestly
Really happy with this — surprised, actually. Thought it’d be cheap tat but it’s saved me during a frantic move; bits and bobs are handy, nothing fancy but useful, and stopped me buying overpriced replacements. Packaging was tidy, arrived on time. Might be a bit of luck what you get, but for me it did the job and I’m chuffed and relieved.

they arrived, are bright and comfy, and I’ve been wearing a pair most days for commuting and lounging. One cuff’s a bit tighter and the colours faded a touch after a wash, but still proper good.

I unwrapped the Vettel top and it felt nicer than I expected — fabric is soft, not thin, and the print hasn't cracked after a couple of wears. parcel never showed, emails came back in awkward broken English saying refunds would come "soon" (ha), then more promises, escalation, still nothing. Didn’t even get to wear them, now just annoyed.

Right, so I bought two Formula 1 caps as presents and paid full whack. Felt sick when I spotted the same cap for £14 elsewhere — couldn’t ignore that. I sent one back tracked at my own cost; it arrived to them on 16 December and then radio silence. Kept emailing, had to threaten the payment company before anything happened. The moment I felt satisfied was when the refund actually appeared — proper relief, honestly, a bit surprising given how quiet they were. Other shops usually sort refunds quicker, but in the end they did pay up.
Give it a miss
Don't bother — that's my take. Customer service was useless. The phone number didn't work and messages went unanswered. They kept saying they were busy and to wait. Then they claimed they'd refunded me, but no money ever showed. Really annoying. I'm surprised they still operate like this. Keep receipts and maybe try elsewhere.

I'm now chasing a refund via my bank, because waiting around isn't fun. Compared to other companies where a quick phone call fixed things, this was slower, though that prompt email reply did calm me down a bit. Not ideal. Would I try them again? Probably, but cautiously.

I decided to try out a subscription box from this company, and it's been a total disaster. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but after 4 months, I still haven't gotten my refund. I recently bought an awesome new car polo shirt from this store, and it arrived in just two days! That's really quick! Plus, I discovered a discount code for signing up to their newsletter, so it was the most affordable option compared to other stores. I hadn't even heard of this store before, but I stumbled upon it on Google, and I'm so pleased I did because now I have a fantastic new shirt!
Refund request for returned product
I am really let down by how this company has handled things. I sent back an item and asked for my money back, but I haven't heard anything back at all. It's just not on for a company to ignore their customers like this. I recommend that everyone avoids this company because they're not reliable or professional.

I bought something online on the 15th of September but it never arrived. I emailed the company to ask about my order but only got two responses saying they were checking. I never heard back after that, and my order still hasn't shown up. Luckily, I paid with my credit card so I can dispute the charge. I wish I had checked the reviews on Trustpilot before buying from them; it looks like they might be a scam.

Don't go near that dodgy company, they're a right nightmare. I bought a jacket from them and it's never shown up. They said they refunded me, but it's been three weeks now and I still haven't got my money back. Can't get hold of them on the phone or by email.

If you're thinking about shopping with them, maybe look at other options to save yourself some hassle.
Muscle car toolbox subscription
That's ridiculous! I signed up for a muscle car toolbox subscription and they just went and cancelled it with no reason given. When I tried to ring customer service, the number was disconnected. It seems like they couldn't care less about us customers. Definitely steer clear of this dodgy company!
