Purchased rugby merchandise
Recently, I ordered some rugby gear from the store, hoping it would arrive in good time. Sadly, it's been more than two weeks now and my order is nowhere in sight. The tracking info says it's been stuck at the delivery place for days with no movement. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a few times, but haven't heard back or got any help. This kind of service just isn't good enough and does not look good for the store's reputation.

Subscription purchase
I just bought a subscription and honestly, it was such a pain. The website was a nightmare to get around and I couldn't find the subscription I was looking for. The checkout was a mess and kept giving me errors. It was all so confusing and made me feel like they didn't really know what they were doing. I thought subscribing to a magazine would be easy, but my experience was far from smooth and efficient.

Two dresses
I ordered two dresses but they never arrived! The email said the package was damaged or something, and even after sending three emails, I didn't receive any assistance or response. I'm really angry that there has been no refund or replacement dresses or anything. The customer service is absolutely terrible!
