    Lovely dress purchase

    I bought a beautiful dress from this company not too long ago and I have to say it fit perfectly and looked exactly like it did on the website. Although I did spot a small flaw in the fabric, the customer service team quickly sorted it out. Debbie herself took charge of the return process and sent out a replacement without delay. I sent back the dress on Monday and had the new one by Thursday, just in time for my holiday. I am really impressed with how efficient and professional the customer service team, especially Debbie, has been. I will definitely shop with them again.

Debbie was really helpful and made sure my refund would be sorted quickly. She also said that Ro&Zo would deal with Royal Mail.     I ordered two dresses but they never arrived! The email said the package was damaged or something, and even after sending three emails, I didn't receive any assistance or response. I'm really angry that there has been no refund or replacement dresses or anything. The customer service is absolutely terrible!
