Lovely dress purchase
I bought a beautiful dress from this company not too long ago and I have to say it fit perfectly and looked exactly like it did on the website. Although I did spot a small flaw in the fabric, the customer service team quickly sorted it out. Debbie herself took charge of the return process and sent out a replacement without delay. I sent back the dress on Monday and had the new one by Thursday, just in time for my holiday. I am really impressed with how efficient and professional the customer service team, especially Debbie, has been. I will definitely shop with them again.

I recently had a great experience with a lovely lady called Debbie at this store. She was absolutely fantastic at her job and gave me excellent customer service. My order came pretty fast and was packaged nicely. But, there was a mix-up with the size of one item. It was a pressie for a mate's birthday, so I got in touch with customer service right away. They replied quickly and asked for some evidence before they could sort it out, which I gave them. Got the right size in just two days. Can't fault the friendly service and how quick they fixed the mistake.

I bought something online recently and it hasn't gone well at all. Even though I got a message saying it was sent the day after I ordered it, the parcel still hasn't arrived. The courier says they haven't even got it yet. I've tried getting in touch with customer service through email and social media loads of times, but no one has replied. It's really annoying and disheartening because it seems like I might have lost £70 for nothing.

I ordered two dresses but they never arrived! The email said the package was damaged or something, and even after sending three emails, I didn't receive any assistance or response. I'm really angry that there has been no refund or replacement dresses or anything. The customer service is absolutely terrible!
