Discount frustration
I was really looking forward to checking out the experiences on the website, all excited and stuff. But then I got a bit annoyed when I saw that the 10% off they promised wasn't there when I went to pay. It felt like they were tricking me and it made my whole shopping trip a bit sour. I spent ages going through all the stuff, just to end up paying the full price. Now I can't help feeling like I've been taken for a ride. It's a shame, 'cause the experiences are actually pretty good, but the sneaky marketing just ruins it for me.

I bought a SIM card from Lebara Mobile hoping everything would go smoothly, but it turned out to be nothing but a headache. Their customer service team seemed completely clueless when it came to even simple problems, let alone the more tricky ones. To top it off, I never got the voucher they said I would, and even after reaching out to a manager multiple times, I've been left hanging with no response.
