hesitant but impressed
I wasn't too sure about buying shoes online from a new company, but I thought I'd give it a go. I was really pleasantly surprised when the first pair arrived - the quality was amazing and even better than I expected. So, I decided to take a chance and ordered another pair of loafers. I have to say, they are just fantastic. The way they're made and the attention to detail is really something special. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more in the future.

Headphones order
I bought some headphones from Bax Music not long ago, but they still haven't arrived. I've tried emailing them a few times, but I haven't heard anything back. I'm getting really frustrated with the lack of updates on my order. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone, as they don't seem to be very good at keeping in touch or letting you know where they are based.

Business account closure
I had a really frustrating experience with my business accounts recently. I got an email asking for more documents, which I sent straight away. But then weeks later, I was told my accounts were being closed because of lower profits or not providing the docs, which weren't accurate as I had been very careful to give all needed info. The real reason for the closure turned out to be because my husband's personal account was cancelled, which somehow led the bank staff to make wrong assumptions. This kind of behaviour is unfair and totally not on.
