Expensive items, full warranty
Oh my God, I got all this really expensive stuff from here and it arrived right on time! The warranty they provide is so great, it really puts my mind at ease. Their service is just awesome, you know.
Speaker and cables
I bought a speaker and some cables from this company not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with how everything arrived. The packaging was really secure and all the products were in top condition when they got to me. I was particularly happy to see that they included a UK power cable as well as the EU one, a small detail that made the whole thing even better.
Behringer XR Rack Ears
The XR rack ears were exactly what I was looking for! I searched everywhere but only Bax Music had them. The price was really good, to be honest. Plus, the delivery was fast - I received my order in record time! Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely shop here again.
Bass amp purchase
I was really excited to get my bass amp from Bax Music, but when it arrived, I was let down to see it had an EU plug with 2 round pins and no UK adaptor. They didn't mention this in the product description, so it caused me a bit of bother. Despite that, I was happy with the quality of the bass amp. It was definitely worth the money and the service was quick and nice. I might buy from them again and suggest them to others because they have good deals and prices.
Late delivery, returned for refund
I ordered something but it came really late so I didn't need it anymore. I returned it unopened and they gave me a credit note instead of a refund. It took ages for them to even realise I sent it back.
Large DJ booth
I bought a big DJ booth from an online shop not too long ago. It was mostly good, the prices were reasonable and the customer service team were really helpful when I needed some help with my order. But there was a problem with the product, so I had to return it for a replacement. Even though it was a bit of a hassle, they dealt with it quickly and I got my replacement without too much of a wait.
Guitar pedal
As a musician, I'm always looking for new gear to improve my sound. I recently bought a guitar pedal from Bax Music and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole process. Although I was a bit worried about ordering from a retailer outside of the UK at first, it all went smoothly. Fender Rumble 800 combo
I was really pleased to discover the cheapest price for the combo I wanted. Ordering on the website was simple and clear. The only downside was that the delivery arrived a day late, but it was a bank holiday weekend so I can appreciate the delay.
Electric guitar purchase
I was so keen on getting this awesome electric guitar, and luckily I came across it on Bax Music at a really good price. After placing my order, it arrived incredibly fast thanks to Parcelforce, and it was in perfect condition when it got to me. However, the strange thing was that Parcelforce's tracking system was a bit off. They didn't update the tracking info until 25 hours after it was dispatched, and then they only gave me a 5-hour heads up before delivering it. I prefer to keep an eye on my packages, so that was quite frustrating.
Theremini purchase
I purchased the Theremini from those guys and, oh my gosh, it took so long to arrive. When it finally did, it was broken! Can you believe it?!!! And now, they're making me go through so many steps just to return it. It's really not cool, mate.
Headphones order
I bought some headphones from Bax Music not long ago, but they still haven't arrived. I've tried emailing them a few times, but I haven't heard anything back. I'm getting really frustrated with the lack of updates on my order. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone, as they don't seem to be very good at keeping in touch or letting you know where they are based.

Recent synth purchase
The synth I bought was exactly what I expected and came nicely wrapped. But, I was a bit let down when it didn't show up on the day I was told it would. The courier's website said it was still at the depot, when it was actually at my door. Thankfully, I was in to collect it.
Drumming accessories
I bought some drumming accessories from this place recently and I have to say, I was really impressed. They had a wide range of products and all the spare parts I was looking for. The delivery was fast and came via UPS, which was a nice surprise. The customer service was top-notch, they were really helpful and knew a lot about the products I wanted.
Gretsch Resonator Ukulele
I had a really great time dealing with the customer support team over at Bax Music. Even though I couldn't get the Gretsch resonator ukulele I was after until August, the chap from Wales really went out of his way to track down another music shop in Germany that could get it to me by the end of the week. It was a massive weight off my shoulders not having to wait around any longer, especially after my last ukulele got pinched. Thanks a million, Bax Music!
Guitar purchase
I ordered a guitar, and it's been a whole week and still no sign of it! I was so excited to get my hands on it, but now I don't even know when it will show up. I had to contact customer service, and they just told me to wait until Monday. The postage cost was so high, and the service is not worth it. I don't think I'll be buying from here again.
Amp purchase
I found it really easy to order my new amp, quick and simple. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the product was packaged really well. I got to try it out at a gig not long after it arrived, and it worked perfectly. I'm really impressed with how good it sounds and how well it performs. I'll definitely be coming back to Bax Music for any future purchases, no question about it.
Speaker
I bought this speaker from the shop and it's really cool. It's so loud, perfect for my parties with my mates. Plus, the price was spot on - I saved up my pocket money for it.
Piano bench
I ordered an item which clearly stated it was in stock online. I received confirmation of the order, and another email confirming payment received. On the day of the delivery (for which I had paid £5.95) I received an email saying that stock was not available and it would be 7 weeks approximately till they would have stock.
I called them up and was told that they were waiting for stock from the supplier but they had delayed it so there was no stock. Whilst that isn’t Bax’s mistake, why falsely claim you have stock on both the website and in an email, and why take money from a customer when you are still waiting on stock? Surely, any reasonable business would charge the customer once the stock was ready to be despatched. Furthermore, why notify me of no stock on the day delivery was due?! Surely they knew there was no stock coming the day before delivery was due? I now have to wait 7-10 days for a refund.
Had I known Bax were this incompetent, I would have ordered from Amazon or Gear4music… so much for supporting small businesses!
