Awful company, bought a DJ table 3 weeks back, the table was gloss & had quite a few scratches, emailed customer service took them 4 days to come back to me, was advised to send pictures which was fair enough, didn’t hear anything so I called their so called customer services over 3 times in a week every time you get diverted to their switch board which they will pass your details on & get customer service to call you back Which never happens. So I have since been on the Facebook messenger to go through the process all over again which they agreed to refund me £50 but it would take up to 7 days, since when has refund take this long but I thought given the benefit of doubt, 8 days later still no refund. Going to report them to trading standards but seriously anyone reading this review i strongly ADVISE FOR YOU BUY ELSEWHERE.

I have placed my faith in Bax Music for years. I have bought around 3 musical instruments from here, two were guitars. Other was a DJ gear for my brother who always on world tour as DJ. but he loves stay back at our home studio where we do some stuff, all the time, trying new things.
Not just me, I know lot of people, friends who shop from here and have had great experience overall.

OK, the guitar arrived with missing parts, contacted customer services a week later and was told to send photo's of the missing parts which i did the same day, since then I have sent 5 emails requesting a response to send replacement part that is missing.
despite not being able to talk to anyone in customer services and BAX music policy of replying to emails within 24 hours I have heard nothing which is leading me to believe that there is NO customer assistance or services in the UK .
Its the first time I have used this company for the purchase of musical instruments and will almost certainly be the last, come on BAX music if you are as good as you say you are on your website a response to my query and missing parts is the least you can do when you have taken full payment, reluctant to send the instrument back having read the horror stories of other peoples experiences at BAX music.

No response for 3 months, had to file a PayPal claim, 2 months after they had not responded PayPal refunded me. 12 months later they are trying to invoice me for the full amount because they couldn't communicate properly.
Awful, unprofessional, rude and non communicative. AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

On March 7, I sent them the product (Icon Platform M +) as a guarantee for the repair of a button that had left their site. After trying (for almost 3 MONTHS!) Without success, contacting them (through several e-mails and by phone) to obtain information about the status of my product, they returned the product to me on MAY 24! UNREPAIRED !!!, although they wrote to me saying that they had already repaired it. On JUNE 17 I received an e-mail with this response (copy and paste):
"offer you a credit of ### euros that you can use to place a new order.
We will directly place the new order by deducting ### euros from the total amount.
As soon as the new order is registered in the system, we ask that you remove the negative comments on Trustpilot. "
Well, apparently, they finally understood that this device controls others (such as the Icon Platform D2 screen that I also have) exclusively since they are modular and are purchased separately, with which, there were only 3 options:
1. Repair of the device (which they were not capable of at the time)
2. The replacement for another with the same characteristics (they no longer work with the brand and do not have it for sale)
3. The refund of the amount of the product.
I suppose they also understood that a "credit" is of little use to me to spend more money in their store on items that I do not need, because, as I have already explained, I need THAT PRODUCT and not another.
That said, a couple of days ago, the product arrived (they only sent me an e-mail indicating that my order was on its way, they did not inform me of anything else, so I did not know it would arrive) and ... surprise! ! It is repaired !!, only 4 months to solve the very complicated problem of the button.
The only downside is that I arrived inside the box without plastic wrap, the cables tied in a knot without their corresponding bags, the instructions of the device wrinkled and the funniest thing, the installation cd split in half !!
I suppose this is all in gratitude to my "collaboration" with your request to "remove negative comments from Trustpilot", ... in true Italian mafia style.
Anyway, after having spent more than 2000 euros in this company and 4 months of patience, struggle, and anger, I can only take it as a joke, hoping that they do not send me a horse head in a box ...
I hope my comment helps so that no one else falls for this deception, not everything is the price. I also thought "the negative comments won't be so bad" besides "they have offices here in Madrid" (they don't exist, it's just a postal address) ... Think about it twice, with this company cheap is very expensive !!
It is now 3 weeks since I ordered my midi keyboard. I have been sent a euro adapter and that is all. I have tried to phone and emailed many times and had no response. Hermes are claiming they delivered presumably because the adapter was delivered.
I can only think that Bax music is a complete scam company. I intend to report them to the police - either that or they are completely incompetent or understaffed.

Yesterday I received the product, AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND WITH THE SAME BREAKDOWN WITHOUT REPAIR !!! AND IN UNPLEASANT PACKAGING CONDITIONS !!. They are a real hoax. Do not be fooled by giving only priority to the low price, then they are all problems, it is advice!

I am with you Bro, they are shit, do not buy anything from them, I am still waiting on a DN32-WSG soundcard, it has been delayed three times, first it was week 18, that changed to week 22, changed again to week 24, I can't wait to phone them and tell them to go take a run and jump, back to the rubbish hole, that they came from, it ought to be shut down.

There based at a tiny pay per week/month office on coast, with a company called Basepoint. We have a base point in my town, it just has 20 to 30 offices for small start ups on the cheap. NO WAY this can be run from there, backs up the other dire reviews on here. I will not be using them now.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - DONT EVER USE BAX
LATEST UPDATE 1st April 2021, to the review below ...... BAX have made a further major error. Despite their promise of a refund below, they have now despatched a replacement item to me. I do not want or need a replacement, its far too late for that. What I need is what they promised below - A REFUND. I have escalated this matter to PayPal as BAX ignore all of my emails and calls.
FURTHER UPDATE 31 MAR '21 to the review below .............. Despite the apology from Bax Music below, and their promise of refund - I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY BACK. I still cant get through to their Customer Services, only ever trips to their Reception Desk. I also received an email today saying they have received the damaged item back (they actually received it back on the 11th March !) and that due to their policy I am entitle to "an exchange". I dont want an exchange, I want my money back as they promised me so long ago. This company goes from bad to worse. I also note on Trust Pilot that many other reviewers are having the same problems as I am, in damaged items and no refunds. I have escalated this to PayPal and suggested BAX should not be entitled to use the PayPal platform any more, when they are clearly abusing it and their customers.
ORIGINAL REVIEW - Terrible Service - avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for a Guitar Case on 21 Feb 2021. The case arrived at my home in the UK on 24 Feb 2021. The Guitar Case was badly damaged i.e. it had a large hole in it. The reason it was damaged in transit was because BAX had put it inside a box with almost no protective wrapping. The outer box had a whole punched through it that then went straight through the guitar case. THIS WAS ONLY THE START OF MY PROBLEMS WITH BAX.
I then spent the next 10 days trying to get in touch with them to start the returns process. Unfortunately their UK website was down for many days, also it is almost impossible to get hold of Customer Services by phone.
Eventually I managed to return the Guitar Case to them on 5th March 2021, they finally acknowledged receipt of it on 11 March 2021. I then spent a few more days trying to get a replacement sent out to me, eventually they confirmed it would be MAY 2021 at the earliest before I could get a replacement.
At this point I asked for a refund and they agreed. Its now 27 March (16 days after they received the damaged case back) and I still have no refund and no explanation. I call them every day, several times a day and never get to speak to Customer Services, it always trips through to their Reception Desk. They take my details and say I will get a Call Back from Customer Services within 1 day. I have done this many times and no-one ever calls me back.
I paid through PayPal so it now looks like I will have to raise an Escalation / Complaint via PayPal to try to get my money back. BAX is never going to survive as a business with such poor Customer Service, particularly when compared to Amazon and others who put the Customer first. BAX put the Customer LAST !
Absolute scam of a company. You pay they don't deliver. Reported to HMRC for fraud
