European delivery - tracking issue
I recently bought something from this shop and unfortunately had a problem with tracking my order for delivery in Europe. They didn't give me a tracking number, so once it was sent, I couldn't find out where it was. I got in touch with customer service for help, but they couldn't tell me which local courier company was delivering my parcel. This left me in a tough spot because I had no way of finding my lost items. Even though I tried to get more help, the customer service team just didn't give me the support I needed. It's really disappointing to see them not taking responsibility and making an effort to sort it out.

Razor purchase
I bought a new razor the other day but was pretty annoyed to find that it came with replacement blades only, and no actual razor! The whole situation was a bit of a hassle and felt like a waste of time. I ended up spending ages on the phone trying to get through to the company, with long waiting times and being passed from person to person. When I finally did speak to someone, I was told to call back later because their systems were down. It's not fair for companies to trade like this, so I think Trading Standards should look into it. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

My recent software purchase
I got my software really quickly and it was so easy to install, the instructions made sense straight away. I managed to save some money on buying it too which is always a bonus, and I know for sure I'll be coming back as a customer again in the future.
