Traveling and coach experience
The trip on the coach was great, the driver knew what he was doing and it was really comfortable. But, I wasn't too keen on the hotel's location. It could definitely do with a bit of modernisation, but the reception and downstairs area were really nice. The staff were friendly and the food was pretty good too.

Easy online purchase, quick and reasonable
The online experience was great, it was so easy to find what I was looking for and the prices were really reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went, from beginning to end. However, I did make a mistake at one point, but I only realised after. I dropped the team an email about it and they sorted it out straight away with no bother. I have to say, I can't fault them at all for being so efficient and helpful.
