Using the policy has been easy enough, to be fair. The website works and paying is no drama. Then the renewal email landed and, honestly, I nearly spat my tea out. My price had jumped by more than 70%, while new customers were being offered a discount that brought it back to what I paid last year. Two years of loyalty apparently counts for very little. Bit of a strange way to keep customers.
Sorted without any fuss
