Fuming
They were good in the past, but now they struggle to deliver on time as promised. Their website claims "delivery within 8 days" - what a joke! I contacted them and they blamed import checks for the delay. Why use a "co.uk" address if they're shipping items from abroad? Stop deceiving customers about delivery times! I'm unsure if my items will ever show up. The tracking still says "expecting your items"...what a disaster! I requested to cancel my order, but they declined. Now I have to wait who knows how long to receive a refund.

Travel insurance
Don't bother with that travel insurance, it's just not worth it at all. The people I spoke to were so clueless and didn't seem to have a clue about the basic terms and conditions. It was really annoying and felt like I was talking to someone who knew nothing about insurance. If you need proper coverage for anything more than a small accident, I'd recommend finding insurance somewhere else. It's best to avoid the hassle and save yourself some time.

Nike air max carnivore comme des garçon order
I recently ordered the Nike Air Max Carnivore Comme des Garçons from Glamood. Unfortunately, after I made the purchase, my order details vanished from my account and my personal info was deleted. Even though I didn't get a confirmation email, the payment was taken from my debit card. I tried contacting Glamood by email, but I haven't heard back from them. I'm quite upset about the lack of communication and the fact that my order info has disappeared. I'll keep an eye on things until Monday before deciding what to do next.
