Mobile plan purchase
The customer service I got was really good, they knew all about the products and services. But, I was a bit let down when I saw that the prices for the unlimited packages on Instagram were not as low as they said they'd be. Also, there aren't any simple add-ons for international calls or data, so you could end up with a big bill. Compared to other phone companies like Voxi, their service isn't as easy to use.

My landlord decided to go with this service for our tenancy agreement, and I have to admit I was really let down by the outcome. When the CAB and a legal advisor had a look at the contract, they were surprised at how little detail there was and how badly it was written. It got me wondering why my landlord didn't just hire a solicitor in the first place.

So, I received my tyres and they were absolutely fine. They arrived just a day later than expected, but that was fine as the communication was good. Overall, it was a positive experience.
