    Switched to this awesome mobile provider

    I was putting off switching my phone provider for ages because they all seemed terrible. But then I found this great one called Honest and I'm really pleased I did! The customer service is fantastic - quick, friendly, and helpful. Switching over was really simple and if I had any queries, they were answered straight away. I've only had the SIM for a short time, but everything looks great - my signal strength is excellent. I'm recommending this to all my friends!

But, I was a bit let down when I saw that the prices for the unlimited packages on Instagram were not as low as they said they'd be. Also, there aren't any simple add-ons for international calls or data, so you could end up with a big bill. Compared to other phone companies like Voxi, their service isn't as easy to use.

    Excellent coverage and value for money

    The mobile service I use has excellent coverage, even in rural areas where other providers can be a bit patchy. I've never had any problems with connectivity, which is a massive bonus for me. On top of that, the value for money is fantastic. I get a generous amount of data each month and still can't seem to use it all, even though I don't have any other internet at home. For less than 25 quid a month, I'm getting more than I ever hoped for. And it's great to know that they plant two trees every month for me and use green energy sources, it makes me feel good about supporting them.

Another big reason for me was the easy-to-use app they offer. But what really makes this service special is their amazing customer support team. I had a tricky issue recently that needed their help to sort out with their supplier, and I was really impressed with how professional and dedicated they were in fixing it. They kept checking in regularly and eventually managed to solve the problem, showing how much they care about their customers. Compared to other mobile companies, the customer support team at this service really shines. I'm very impressed and will definitely stick with them for a long time.
