Weekend Bag purchase
I bought a Weekend Bag from this company as a Christmas present for my partner. However, when the package arrived, I was disappointed to find that it only had the personalised gift bag and not the actual bag. I contacted Customer Services about the problem, but they weren't very helpful and only offered me a refund. This meant I didn't have enough time to get a different gift, which was really disappointing.

Bike purchase, express 2-day delivery
The bike I bought was really good and just what I wanted. But I was a bit let down by the express 2-day delivery service I paid extra for. It actually took four days for the bike to turn up, which was annoying as I needed it quicker. They didn't even say sorry or offer to give me something back for the late delivery, which was a shame. Still, I'm pleased with the bike itself.

Skateboard
I bought a skateboard from this company on the 19th of April and it has been a total nightmare. They took my payment straight away, but as of today, the 28th of May, I still haven't received the skateboard. I've sent lots of emails and even left voicemails, but UrbanSurfer has completely stopped responding to me. The only message I got was to check with my local post office, which I did, and they didn't have anything for me. Since then, they've just been ignoring all my attempts to get in touch. It's been a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there. I had to get my credit card company involved to start a dispute and get my money back. Their service is absolutely awful!
