However, my Mum accidentally put my maiden name initials on the bag instead of my married ones. She got in touch with customer service to explain the mix-up and see if they could help. The team responded quickly and politely, saying they would happily send me a new bag with the right initials at no extra cost. I was really touched by their understanding and eagerness to fix the mistake, especially since it wasn't really their fault. The customer service I received was truly impressive, and I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

    I had to get in touch with customer service because my handbag had a problem, and I have to admit, I was really impressed by how well they handled it. I sent them photos of the issue and my receipt, and they quickly offered me an e-card as a solution.     I made a bit of a mistake and sent the lulu bag & diffuser to the wrong address, but the customer service team sorted it out super quickly and efficiently. They were really great. The bag did have a couple of creases when it arrived, but it didn't take away from how it looked overall. The personalised tag was a lovely detail and looked really nice.     I am really annoyed with my recent order from this company. I can't believe how badly they messed up. I ordered a travel bag and matching jewellery case for my daughter, and they completely messed it up. They said it would arrive this week, but then suddenly I got a refund in my bank account without any explanation. Like, seriously? Turns out they sold more travel bags than they had, and they didn't even bother to let me know until I saw the refund. The only compensation I got was a measly £5 gift voucher. Can you believe it? <br><br> I thought this company was trustworthy, but I was so wrong. My trust in them is completely shattered. And to add insult to injury, when the package finally arrived, all I got was the tiny jewellery case in a huge gift bag. Why would they use such a big box for a small item? It's just a waste and shows a total lack of consideration. I am a very unhappy customer.

    My experience with ordering personalised bags from this store has been really bad. I was super excited to get two bags delivered the next day, but when the delivery arrived, all I got was a free gift bag and no sign of my order. I spoke to their customer service team online and they promised to send a new order for next day delivery. Well, the next day came and went, and my order is still stuck in "processing" with no bags in sight. It's been really frustrating and I'm definitely not sure if I want to order from this store again!

    This was the second time I ordered from this company, and to be honest, it was another letdown. I placed my order online, the item was supposedly in stock, and they took my money straight away. But lo and behold, a week later I get an email saying sorry, the item is actually out of stock, and they chucked in a £5 voucher to fluff it up. The shoddy communication and stock-keeping is just not on. It's annoying to have my time wasted and my cash held up for no reason at all.

    I recently bought a personalised phone bag and purse from this shop and I have to admit I am really disappointed with the quality. After only using them occasionally for about two years, both the bag and purse are falling apart, with the purse literally falling to pieces. I don't use bags and purses very heavily, so this quick decline is surprising and not acceptable. Moreover, I have given items from this shop to others as gifts and I now regret those purchases too because of the poor quality and lack of durability. In general, I wouldn't recommend buying from this shop because the items are overpriced and don't last very long.

    Personalized Orla crossbody bag

    I bought a custom Orla crossbody bag from this company not long ago. I decided to splash out a bit and paid extra to have my initials put on the front of the bag, just like they showed on their website. But when the bag finally arrived, the initials were mistakenly put on the carry strap instead of where I wanted them on the crossbody strap. This made the personal touch hardly visible, and it didn't have the impact I was expecting. The bag itself was decent, but I felt let down by the way the initials were done, especially after seeing them advertised differently.

    Christmas gift order

    I recently bought some Christmas gifts and it wasn't a great experience. I placed my order in plenty of time, about 2 weeks before Christmas, and got the confirmation email straight away. But then, over 4 days later, I got an email saying that one of the items I wanted was no longer in stock. It was really annoying because I'd already planned everything out and now I had to rush to find something else at the last minute. This messed up the delivery of the other gifts I ordered and messed up my holiday plans too. I used to think this company was good, but now I'm just disappointed.
