    Left at a financial loss because they sent me mouldy dog food - their customer service is equally as bad, ... the 'computer says no' approach on me at every turn rather than doing the right thing - I would avoid this company at all cost and closely inspect any past purchases you have from.

    Really good engineer- polite, thorough and honest.

    Some improvement needed in the booking of the service though- when scheduling in the boiler service, the person I spoke to was quite insistent I needed to pay up front for an additional £30 inhibitor treatment which wasn't needed when engineer reviewed it. There was little room to decline this service and I felt quite pressured into paying up front. Unnecessary.

    Many options available

    I am a big fan of fashion and fiction. Mostly i like to read books and magazines, but its kind of difficult to find related magazines that easily. But Magazines direct helped me a lot. They got lots of options in the category which is really interesting to read.

    I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY COPY OF TV TIMES 2ND MAY TO 9TH MAYTHIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTERMER FOR MANY A YEAR.

    On 2 separate occasions( April 2020 and today 5/8/2020 I have completed the online application form to receive Womans Weekly. Used info from WW magazine I purchased. No email received to say it was accepted. Contacted Customer service and they cannot find my detail. Hopeless.

    DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, I ordered regular deliveries of the TV Times to my mother in a nursing home, they have been regular and then stopped twice, with no explanation, their help line says they are having a new system put in and cant' check for a week, they will refer you to magazines.com where oddly the subscription number cannot be found. You may as well throw your money down the drain.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. On 7 July I renewed my annual subscription (£97.40) for the TV Times with Magazines Direct. On 17 July I received an email from them thanking me for subscribing to Woman & Home magazine. I emailed them to say that this was incorrect and that I'd renewed the TV Times subscription. I emailed a copy of the TV Times renewal letter. I was asked to phone them and they said I needed to provide proof of payment which I got from my bank and sent them. Despite them having copies of their renewal letter and my proof of payment and despite innumerable weekly emails they seem incapable of resolving the issue. I have emailed them today to say that if I do not get resolution of the issue within the next week I want my money back.

    I’m guessing you’ve been getting my woman and home magazine ???? they’ve taken payment every month for over two years now without supplying the magazine. After too many emails to count they agreed to their mistake and promised to refund my money. Despite numerous chase ups from me, I’m still waiting for my refund over over £110 . Good luck ????

    A Scam company period. Payment received but not a single issue of Decanter received yet status is indicated as "delivered" in the portal. Zero response to emails

    Order never received. Unable to get a reply from this company.. has been nearly a month. Phone line not available. No reply from.customer services.
    I honestly think we will never receive the goods or our money again. Ripping people off and using covid as an excuse. It's an online company and whilst we appreciate some delay their trading practice is nothing but rogue!
    If I could give a minus I would. 1 star is overdoing it.

    I am in the exact situation, every week I receive an email saying it will be delayed by another week, it's ridiculous!

    Awful customer service. They don’t get it.
