Dog food
Left at a financial loss because they sent me mouldy dog food - their customer service is equally as bad, ... the 'computer says no' approach on me at every turn rather than doing the right thing - I would avoid this company at all cost and closely inspect any past purchases you have from.
Prasend
Takes your and money well enough but doesn’t send out. After numerous phone calls where you are bulled about the whereabouts of your order and promised it will be sent that day you still don’t receive it. So you wait on the phone for another lifetime because they are receiving so many calls you are the umpteenth in line and you get the same old bull. Don’t even bother email as these are not answered. If your animal needs the medication please don’t rely on this company.
Dog treats
Paid for next day delivery as all items were in stock when ordered at 7.20am. 4 days later and after numerous emails and calls the order is still showing awaiting packaging at their warehouse.
No reply to emails, and after speaking to Lily on the phone, who assured me that she had emailed the warehouse and it would go out that day, the order is still in the warehouse not even packaged. Dpoke again to customer services who now tells me that bext day delivery doesnt mean next day but up to 7-10days.
Terrible company would not recommend to anyone.urgent liquid food for a sick cat
Absolutely disgraceful service paid for next day delivery the following day no delivery . They put on the order next day it had been dispatched and delivered but the courier tracking showed that they didn't even dispatch it till the next day. They cant even reply to an email

First time ordering from this company & the last. Paid for express delivery for my item, recieved it several days later, unfriendly and unhelpful over the phone, lastly..found exact same product elsewhere for £17 less! I do wish i had seen the many negative reviews ref this company before i ordered, lesson learned...
