Regular purchase of medicines, shampoos, treats, etc.
I've been buying lots of different things from VioVet, like medicines, shampoos, and treats, and they've been pretty good every time. The orders get sorted quickly and sent out in just a few days. The stuff I've got has all been top-notch, and I like that it's the real deal. But I've had a bit of bother with the delivery service, especially Royal Mail, who are a bit hit and miss round my way. They don't turn up as often as they should. It's more a Royal Mail problem than VioVet's fault, but it does affect how I see the whole thing.
Change of shipment delivery method
As a customer of the company, I noticed that recently my orders started arriving through Amazon instead of Royal Mail. This change caught me off guard because I had a special arrangement with the postman for safe delivery, but I hadn't set anything up with Amazon since I hardly ever use their services. It would have been much easier to deal with if they had let us know about the change beforehand, so we could make any necessary adjustments. I get that they may have had their reasons for switching, but it would have been more considerate to give us a heads up.

I was really pleased with the quick and efficient service I got from VioVet. They kept me updated with regular updates on the delivery progress, which was very handy. The Joules dog bed I bought was top-notch quality and just as it was described. I also thought the price was really good, and it arrived in just a few days. I have to say, I had a pretty good experience with my latest pet supplies order. The ordering process was easy enough, but I would suggest ordering early because they use Royal Mail for delivery, and you know how that can be sometimes.
