Rake attachment, £10 cheaper
I bought a rake attachment for my multi-change system from this place because it was £10 cheaper than the official website. It arrived really quickly, the next day, and was packaged really nicely. When I opened it up, the rake was in perfect condition. I'm looking forward to trying it out in my garden!

Art supplies
I popped into the shop the other day to get some art supplies, and I was really impressed by the wide selection they had. The staff were pretty clued-up and helpful, although they seemed a bit more professional than chatty. I had no trouble finding what I was after, and even when they didn't have one item in stock, I could easily order it online. The only downside was that it took a good two weeks for my stuff to be delivered. The prices were reasonable and on par with other places, and I was especially pleased with the range of colours they had for sale.

Black leather boots
I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I ordered the wrong size at first, then had to contact them multiple times to get the right size sent to me. But when the replacement finally arrived, they sent me back the same wrong size I had returned. It's just not good enough and I won't be buying from them again.
