Weightlifting bench
I bought a weightlifting bench from this company and it was really good quality, exactly what I needed for my home gym. But the courier service they used let me down big time. The first bench they delivered was all covered in paint, and the second one didn't even show up. I tried to get in touch with DHL about it, but they just ignored me. It was only when I contacted the company directly that they sorted it out and sent me a replacement promptly. I was so happy with how the company dealt with the problem and their great customer service.
