Recent order delay
I bought something from this company not long ago, but I've been really disappointed with how it's all been handled. I ordered it a few weeks back and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team a bunch of times, but all they do is blame the courier service. They said they'd refund me after looking into it, but it's been over a week and I've heard nothing. The fact that there's been no communication and it's taking so long to sort out has left me feeling really annoyed and let down by the whole thing.

Cute top and jeans
So, I bought this really nice top and jeans from this store, yeah? But when I tried them on at home, they just didn't look right. So, I made the decision to return them. But, oh my days, they still haven't given me my money back! It's been over 2 months now and every time I ring them up, they keep giving me more dates to wait. It's getting on my nerves! Why can't they just refund me already? I swear, I won't be shopping there again, for real!

Bought multiple shoes and a handbag
I've bought loads of shoes and a handbag from this store. The Carvela boots I got had problems with the stitching and logo, which cost me a lot to fix. The high heels fell apart after only one wear, and the knee highs started to come apart as well. Thankfully, the handbag I bought for my daughter was good, but I don't think I'll be purchasing shoes from here again.
