    Returned Item

    I had to return an item to Warehouse Fashions at the beginning of January. However, after a few weeks, I still hadn't received the refund for the returned item. I was annoyed with the delay, so I clicked on the tracking link provided. It was still showing as 'in transit'. Not sure about the status of my refund, I decided to contact customer services for help. I got in touch with them via text and was connected with a customer service representative named Mary C. She quickly sorted out the issue and my refund was processed without any more delays. I was really impressed with Mary C.'s professionalism and willingness to help me promptly. Thank you, Mary C., for your excellent customer service and making sure my refund was dealt with quickly.

    Online dress purchase

    I bought a dress online recently and was a bit gutted when it turned out to be the wrong size because of a mix-up with the label. But when I got in touch with customer service, they were ace! Renzo, the guy I spoke to, was dead helpful and sorted everything out quick. He gave me a free return label and made sure a replacement dress was sent out straight away. I was well chuffed with the support I got and really grateful for Renzo sorting it all out so well.

    Return processing issue

    I had a problem with a return not being processed correctly, so I got in touch for some help. I sent a message and quickly got a reply from an agent called Mary Grace. She told me that my return had been located and the refund had been issued back to my account. Mary Grace reassured me that the refund would show up on my Klarna account by the next day. Fantastic service from Mary Grace!

    I was really let down by my recent purchase at the store. The clothes were not up to scratch compared to what they used to be. It's pretty obvious that they're now coming from the same place as a popular fast fashion brand but with a heftier price tag. The clothes feel flimsy, and even the labels seem really low-quality. What's more, the website doesn't give enough info about the models' height and sizing details, which is not on considering how much they're charging.

    Boots broke, good customer service

    I bought a pair of boots and the heel ended up breaking when I tried them on! Luckily, Kiana from customer service sorted it out right away without any hassle. I didn't have to argue or anything about returning them, which was really great. Hopefully, I'll get my refund soon!

    I popped into Warehouse Fashions the other day and I just have to say, their customer service is absolutely fantastic.     I had a really bad experience recently when I got sent the wrong item. The whole returns process was a total nightmare – there was no personal touch and it felt like it was taking forever. It was so annoying to have to pay to send back something that wasn't my fault, and I couldn't even talk to anyone to sort it out properly. On top of all that, the thing I actually wanted didn't show up in time for an important event, so I ended up wasting loads of time, money, and effort. Hopefully Warehouse can sort out their systems so no one else has to go through this in the future.

    I recently bought two dresses from this shop, and honestly, it was a total nightmare. I ordered them in early May, but when they arrived, they were completely different from what I saw online. I was so let down that I sent them back the very same day they arrived. It took Warehouse Fashions more than a week to confirm they got the dresses back, and even longer to sort out my refund. When I checked in with them about the delay, they just dodged the issue and my money still hasn't come back into my account. The way they've handled this whole situation with the lack of communication and slow progress is just not on, and I won't be giving them any more of my business.

    Return and refund process

    I've recently brought back an item to the shop and I have to say, I've been really let down by the service I've had. After handing back the item, I waited for weeks without hearing anything about when my money would be refunded to me. When I eventually reached out to their customer service team, they said they got my item back and that the refund would be sorted out within a week. But even after that time had passed, I still hadn't received my money back. When I got back in touch with them, they said there was a delay in getting the refund sorted and it would take another 8 working days.

    Despite all the promises, it's now been over a month since I gave them back the item and I'm still waiting for my refund. On top of this issue, I've also had problems logging into my account through the app, and they suggested I make a whole new account to solve it. This whole situation has been really annoying and has really changed my opinion of the brand.

    I've been a loyal customer of this shop in the past and I've never come across such bad customer service and inefficient processes before.

    Two items from the store

    I recently bought two things from Warehouse Fashions, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. Firstly, I didn't get an email to confirm my order, so I wasn't sure if it had actually gone through. When the items turned up, I was surprised that they came separately from different suppliers, rather than straight from the store. One of the items didn't come with any paperwork, so it's been tricky for me to send it back through the online system that asks for an order number. Even though I've sent a few emails, no one has got back to me, which has left me feeling frustrated and unsure about what to do next with my return.

    I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a skirt online and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the photo on their website. I returned the item promptly for a refund, but they refused to cover my postage costs. It felt like rubbing salt in the wound! It's pretty obvious that this company cares more about making money than keeping their customers happy. The customer service team was no help at all and wouldn't let me speak to a manager, so I had to get PayPal involved. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of shopping here. There are plenty of other retailers out there who actually value their customers.

    Oh my gosh, Warehouse Fashions is really cool. I bought a great pair of jeans and a really cute t-shirt from there. The customer service was amazing. Liselle was the best and so helpful.     I recently bought quite a few clothes from Warehouse Fashions, but I've been really let down by the whole experience. When my order arrived quickly, I was excited, but then I realised that the sizes were all wrong. I had to send back 6 out of the 7 items I got. Unfortunately, when I checked my refund, £110 was missing. I tried talking to their customer service team, but they weren't much help and basically said they couldn't do anything about the money that was missing.

    So, I bought this really nice top and jeans from this store, yeah? But when I tried them on at home, they just didn't look right. So, I made the decision to return them. But, oh my days, they still haven't given me my money back! It's been over 2 months now and every time I ring them up, they keep giving me more dates to wait. It's getting on my nerves!     I was really impressed with the customer service down at Warehouse Fashions. Their text message system made it super easy to get in touch and I didn't have to endure long waits on hold with boring music playing. El and Cherry were so helpful with returning items, which was a relief. Although, it was a bit annoying that I even had to contact customer service in the first place because I got locked out of my account. Despite that hiccup, I would definitely suggest Warehouse Fashions to others because of their top-notch customer service.
