I'm really disappointed with the XL sweater I bought recently. When they arrived, one was much shorter than the other, so I can't even wear it. Customer service wouldn't help and now I'm stuck with a faulty product.

I highly recommend this mobile massage service, it's absolutely fantastic. The therapists are all so professional, friendly and really know their stuff. Every session I've had with them has been wonderful, I always feel so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. It's so convenient having a massage in the comfort of my own home, I can't imagine going back to a salon now. I'll definitely be booking another session with them soon.

Overpriced repair services
I recently took my phone to this store to get it fixed because of a software issue. However, they told me it would cost almost £500 to repair it due to water damage, which I found really pricey. I felt like they were trying to rip me off and I was not happy with the lack of honesty and transparency from their staff.
