Large order, discount code issue
I ordered a lot of stuff from this company recently and had an issue with using a discount code. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not helpful at all and didn't want to take any blame. Instead, they made me feel like I was mistaken for thinking the discount code should work. It was really annoying and disheartening to be treated like that, especially since I've been a customer for a long time and have spent a lot of money with them. I think they should focus on looking after their loyal customers better or they might lose them to competitors like me.

Tomato house and cloche
I'm absolutely thrilled with my new tomato greenhouse and cloche! They were a piece of cake to assemble and they seem really sturdy. Despite all the windy weather we've had recently, they haven't moved an inch! I can't wait to see how well my tomatoes thrive in there.
