Large order, discount code issue
I ordered a lot of stuff from this company recently and had an issue with using a discount code. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not helpful at all and didn't want to take any blame. Instead, they made me feel like I was mistaken for thinking the discount code should work. It was really annoying and disheartening to be treated like that, especially since I've been a customer for a long time and have spent a lot of money with them. I think they should focus on looking after their loyal customers better or they might lose them to competitors like me.
Recent jewellery purchase disappointment
I used to be a loyal customer of this company, but I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the changes that have taken place. The presenters have changed, programmes are cut short, and the worst part is that the prices have skyrocketed while the quality has decreased. It's not worth the money anymore, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for good value jewellery.
Free Strands for New Customers
I was really let down by my visit to that jewellery maker. I was tempted by the promise of free strands for new customers, but when my order came, there were no free strands at all. And when I called up to ask about it, some of the people on the phone were really rude and not helpful at all. On top of that, I found that some of the gems I bought were not very good quality and way too expensive. All in all, I felt like the advertising tricked me and I wasn't happy with the service or the products I got.
Missing order issue
I've had a bit of a disappointing experience with the company recently. Towards the end of October, I made a big order that never showed up. I let them know about it, and they kept telling me to wait for the investigation. Even after sending loads of follow-up emails and airing my concerns, all they gave me were vague replies saying they were still looking into it.
Recent online jewellery purchase
I have to say, the master classes and certain designers and presenters are fantastic, but let's be honest - shopping online with them is a nightmare. Trying to place an order on their website feels like you're stuck in a maze without being able to see. It's a struggle to get a complete order, you might as well use carrier pigeons instead. And don't even get me started on using their phone ordering system as a new customer - it's like breaking a secret code. And as for fair treatment for everyone, forget it. Regular customers always get VIP treatment, even if they won't admit it.
Earrings and necklace set
I really like this shop for buying jewellery-making supplies. You can place an order over the phone or online, and the staff there are really friendly and know a lot about making jewellery. You can give them a call to order anytime, day or night. The items they sell are top-notch quality, so you can create some really beautiful jewellery with them.
Shiny rings
The rings I ordered were really sparkly and beautiful, but it took forever for them to actually get delivered to my house. I also realised that some things were priced differently even though they were pretty much identical. And did you notice how the people on the show were asking for way too much money for their items?
cancelled order
I recently ordered something from this company, but then out of the blue, they cancelled it with no explanation. I was really annoyed and let down by how they didn't bother to get in touch or offer any help. I wish I had checked out the bad reviews beforehand, because it looks like this kind of thing happens a lot with them.
Necklace purchase
I bought a lovely necklace from a jewellery shop recently. But, when I tried to text them about the price being too high, I had some trouble. It looks like they've blocked my number because of my complaint. This isn't good customer service at all and it's not right. Customers should be able to share their opinions, good or bad, without worrying about getting shut out. Businesses should learn from feedback and not just block people who criticize them. I really hope they sort this out soon so I can keep enjoying their jewellery without feeling silenced.
Technical issues and insecure setup
I'm really disappointed with my experience on this website as a customer. The technical problems and security issues made it really hard for me to actually buy anything. It felt like a rush to sign up and place an order because prices kept changing and things sold out fast. On top of that, PayPal wasn't working which was so annoying. Plus, I've been getting dodgy emails from random companies and I only signed up with Jewellery Maker. I've asked them to delete my info but nothing has happened. It's all been a bit of a nightmare, to be honest.
Hammer stand purchase
I bought a hammer stand that was meant to hold seven hammers, but it only fits one. They didn't provide any dimensions in the description, and when I contacted customer service about the problem, they accused me of not asking about it earlier. I would recommend avoiding purchasing jewellery tools from them.
Necklace purchase, inconsistent pricing
I find it really odd how the prices keep changing so much for the same products! One day it's a bargain, the next day it's way too expensive. And have you noticed how the quality seems to be getting worse? It feels like you're taking a chance every time you make a purchase.
Unreceived order and refund request
I bought something on June 29th, but it never turned up. I got in touch with customer service straight away to ask for a refund. I've sent 9 emails about it since then, but still no response or money back. It's really annoying to have paid for something I never got, and then be ignored when I ask for my money back. The lack of communication and action from the customer service team is really disappointing and not good enough.
Freshwater pearls and labradorite strands
The prices from this company are way too high compared to what these gems are actually worth on the market. I couldn't believe it when I discovered I could get the same stuff for way cheaper somewhere else. Saying they have to cover presenter and studio costs is a poor excuse when the prices are so ridiculously different. Those discounts they claim to offer are just a trick, nothing more.
Late delivery, misleading pricing
I'm so fed up with waiting for my orders to come through. It's absolutely ridiculous having to wait for two to three weeks for things to arrive. And don't even get me started on the dodgy pricing! They say that everyone gets the same low price, but that's just not true. The prices never seem to match the ones they advertise. I'm sick of always having to ring them up to fix pricing problems, especially when I'm dealing with big orders. Can anyone recommend where I might find better deals in China?
Cooper Pedy Opals
So, my mum's friend mentioned this place where we could buy some Cooper Pedy Opals. My husband thought it would be a great Christmas present idea! However, when the package arrived, it was a disaster. There were no opals, just strange beads from China, which we couldn't even identify! As if that wasn't bad enough, they also included a random DVD. It was so confusing! They didn't even provide an explanation for not including the opal beads. It's frustrating that we now have to go through the hassle of returning items we never even wanted. Trust me, I wouldn't recommend this place. Next time, I suggest looking for a different jewellery maker.
Earrings and bracelets
I purchased some earrings and bracelets from this shop, but when I went back for more, they were all sold out. It's quite frustrating because I really liked them, but now I can't get any more. I don't understand why they struggle to keep things in stock regularly. It's not just gemstones that are in short supply though, even the findings are always out of stock. It's so annoying! On top of that, their delivery charges are too high, even for small items. And let's not even talk about their sterling silver prices, they're way too steep!
My refund still missing
I've been waiting forever for my refund! I sent so many emails, but never got a response. I kept having to call them, and every time they promised my refund would be sorted but it never happened. I wonder if I'll ever see my money again. Fingers crossed!
Variety of jewellery items
I've been a customer of this jewellery channel for a while now, and I have to say, I'm a bit gutted with the way things are going lately. They used to have such a great variety of jewellery on offer, something for everyone's taste. But now, it feels like all they're showing is jadeite jewellery, hardly anything else. I get that jadeite is cool and all, but it would be great to see a bit more choice available for us customers with different preferences.
