I had high hopes for the 30-day sleep supplement course I ordered from this company, but sadly, it didn't give me the results I was hoping for. I really needed better sleep and was open to trying anything, but even though I stuck to the recommended dosage, my sleep quality didn't really get much better. At first, things actually got a bit worse before slightly improving, but it was still not good enough. I always woke up feeling tired, even though I kept to a regular sleep routine the whole time. I never got more than 3 hours of deep (REM) sleep each night. The product was quite expensive, and even though I was willing to keep using it if it worked, I was left feeling let down by the results.
