MB E-Class (W212) Workshop Manual
I bought a workshop manual for my car recently and it's really impressed me. Booking Experience
Although the customer support team was quick to respond and tried to be helpful, I got a bit frustrated because different people were replying to my emails each time. It made the conversations feel a bit all over the place and not very personal. I also had to figure out a lot of things on my own instead of getting clear guidance from the support team.
Unfortunately, it took quite a while to sort out the issue, and by the time everything was resolved, it was too late for me to make the necessary changes. Despite these difficulties, things did eventually work out, and the support team members were generally friendly.
In the end, I would say my experience was just okay this time around.
