Online order
I had a terrible time shopping on their website. Despite being nice on the phone, they didn't respond well to my emails. I had to reach out twice as my order didn't arrive for two weeks. My address was wrong on the order, so I had to call to fix it. Even though they corrected it a week ago, my order is still missing. They told me a week ago that they passed it to the delivery partner, but I still haven't heard anything. This is the worst online shopping I've ever done. It's surprising how they can keep customers waiting without updating us. I recommend sticking to shopping in-store and avoiding the website.

When I phoned Broadway for help, there was this bloke called Michael who was really helpful, spoke clearly, and knew loads of stuff. He helped me work out everything I needed to know and gave me loads of great advice. I felt like a travel pro after chatting with him!
