DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
WELL, WHERE DO I START!? THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE COMPANY THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH FOR RETURNS.
YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, AS IT REFERS YOU TO THE WEBSITE. THE RETURNS POLICY STATES IF ITEMS DAMAGED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEN YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH...THE LIVE CHAT ON THE WEBSITE IS CONSTANTLY 'UNAVAILABLE' AND WHEN YOU SEND A MESSAGE REGARDING YOU RETURN VIA THE SITE, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOU.
ABSOLUTE DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT SEEMS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR ON YOUR OWN.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROOV, ESPECIALLY EXPENSIVE ITEMS BECAUSE IF YOU ENCOUNTER AN ISSUE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK..

I bought some wall mounted bedside cabinets from this company not too long ago, and I was a bit disappointed to hear they were out of stock at first. But I have to say, the customer service team really handled it well and offered me the choice to wait for them to come back in stock. I decided to wait it out, and I'm really happy that I did because the cabinets are just gorgeous and really well-made. The customer service team were really nice and kept me updated the whole time, which I thought was great. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.
Double-walled coffee mugs and double-walled gravy jugs
I am really pleased with my purchase. I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews about people not getting their items, but I took a risk and ordered the double-walled coffee mugs and gravy jugs. They arrived quickly and were packaged well, I have no complaints at all. The products are great for keeping drinks hot or cold, and they look stylish with their clear glass design. The handles on the mugs are easy to hold, which makes them perfect for everyday use. Overall, I am really impressed with the quality and how well they work.
Stylish and sleek coffee mugs with double-layered design
Oh dear! I'm quite gutted, to be honest. I decided to order another batch of these double-layered cups after one from my initial order broke just two days in. The quality seems a bit dodgy, and I'm not entirely convinced about getting yet another one. On the plus side, the delivery was incredibly speedy and well-organised. The cups do have a sleek appearance and go great with my Nespresso coffee maker, but appearances can be misleading, as I found out with the first set falling apart so soon.
Microwave
Hi, I bought a microwave last month but I never received a confirmation email. I've been trying to get in touch with them but they're not responding, and the phone number doesn't seem to be working. It's really frustrating, you know?
Delayed order
I bought something on the 14th of May and was told it would be sent out by the 23rd. But then they said there was a delay because they didn't have enough stock. The reasons just kept coming and I started to think it might be a scam. On top of that, I couldn't even get through to customer service on the phone. I'm definitely going to ask for a refund.
Recent order delay
I had a bit of a delay with my order, mainly because of the delivery driver in my area. Despite this little problem, I got in touch with customer service a few times and I have to say, they were really good at sorting things out for me. In the end, everything got sorted and I was happy with how it was resolved. I've bought stuff from this company before and I've always been happy with the quality of their products. I would definitely recommend them to other people.
Espresso glasses
I was a bit worried about ordering these espresso glasses, but I decided to just go for it. And, oh my gosh, they arrived really quickly - the next morning after I ordered them at 2pm! I was so excited when I opened the package and saw the cups. They were perfect and exactly what I wanted. The service was amazing and much better than I expected. I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from here again!

Album purchase for a birthday gift
I bought an album as a birthday present for my daughter, and was told it would arrive in 2-3 days. However, by the 5th of June, it still hadn't arrived. I got in touch with Roov to check, and was told it wouldn't come until the 12th of June, two days after her birthday and after we'd already gone on holiday abroad. It was annoying to find out that Roov hadn't let me know about the delay and I had to chase them up for information.
Cafetière missing parts
I recently bought a cafetière, but unfortunately it arrived with missing parts - namely, the lid and plunger. I emailed customer service to ask for a replacement, but I haven't heard back. I've sent a few follow-up emails and tried calling, but no one has responded. It's really frustrating that they're not helping or keeping me in the loop.
Vax vacuum cleaner
I bought a vacuum cleaner from Roov on the 5th of May and it still hasn't shown up! I've been eagerly anticipating its arrival but there hasn't been a peep. I even reached out to Roov twice via email but haven't received any response. It's really annoying as I have 2 cats who are always causing a mess, and I was relying on that vacuum cleaner to keep things tidy. I haven't heard anything at all from Roov, and it's really let me down. I'm beginning to consider asking for a refund because this situation is unacceptable!
Cancelled order, refund issue
I've recently had an issue with my order as I had to cancel it because of personal reasons. I got in touch with a customer service agent at Roov who confirmed that my order was successfully cancelled and that I would be getting my refund in 4 to 5 days. However, it's been four days since then and I still haven't received my refund. To add to my surprise, today I got an email saying that my order has been dispatched, even though I cancelled it. I'm really let down by the poor communication and efficiency of Roov's customer service team.
Broken order
So, yeah, I received my order and it was all broken, which wasn't great. But then I phoned customer service and this really nice lady sorted me out, seriously. She arranged a new order for me right away, and I was so pleased. I will definitely recommend them and make more purchases from them in the future, no question!
Awesome customer service
I really love how Roov always listens to what I have to say and they get back to me really quickly. The team there is so friendly and helpful, they always give me lots of choices to pick from. Customer service is so crucial and Roov nails it every time!
Mug purchase
I bought a set of mugs online not long ago. It was easy to order them and the service I received was top-notch. The price was fair for what I got. The mugs arrived quickly, but I was a bit let down to see that the handles were a bit too small for me. I probably should have thought about that before ordering. Anyway, the mugs themselves are really good quality and I'm happy with them overall.
Picture frames purchase
I bought two picture frames from the shop not long ago, and sadly, one of them had a cracked glass when it arrived. Nonetheless, I must give credit to the amazing customer service I got. The team was super quick in sorting out my issue and sent me a new frame in no time. The replacement was also delivered fast and in perfect condition. I really appreciate how efficient and professional the customer service team was.

I managed to snag a fantastic deal on this item and it arrived pretty sharpish. The photos on the website were really useful in helping me make sure I got exactly what I was after. Now all my mates fancy getting one after seeing mine in the garden. Really pleased with my purchase.
