    WELL, WHERE DO I START!? THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE COMPANY THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH FOR RETURNS.
    YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, AS IT REFERS YOU TO THE WEBSITE. THE RETURNS POLICY STATES IF ITEMS DAMAGED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEN YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH...THE LIVE CHAT ON THE WEBSITE IS CONSTANTLY 'UNAVAILABLE' AND WHEN YOU SEND A MESSAGE REGARDING YOU RETURN VIA THE SITE, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOU.
    ABSOLUTE DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT SEEMS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR ON YOUR OWN.

    I bought some wall mounted bedside cabinets from this company not too long ago, and I was a bit disappointed to hear they were out of stock at first. But I have to say, the customer service team really handled it well and offered me the choice to wait for them to come back in stock. I decided to wait it out, and I'm really happy that I did because the cabinets are just gorgeous and really well-made.     Stylish and sleek coffee mugs with double-layered design

    Oh dear! I'm quite gutted, to be honest. I decided to order another batch of these double-layered cups after one from my initial order broke just two days in. The quality seems a bit dodgy, and I'm not entirely convinced about getting yet another one. On the plus side, the delivery was incredibly speedy and well-organised. The cups do have a sleek appearance and go great with my Nespresso coffee maker, but appearances can be misleading, as I found out with the first set falling apart so soon.

    I was a bit worried about ordering these espresso glasses, but I decided to just go for it. And, oh my gosh, they arrived really quickly - the next morning after I ordered them at 2pm!     Album purchase for a birthday gift

    I bought an album as a birthday present for my daughter, and was told it would arrive in 2-3 days. However, by the 5th of June, it still hadn't arrived. I got in touch with Roov to check, and was told it wouldn't come until the 12th of June, two days after her birthday and after we'd already gone on holiday abroad. It was annoying to find out that Roov hadn't let me know about the delay and I had to chase them up for information.

    Vax vacuum cleaner

    I bought a vacuum cleaner from Roov on the 5th of May and it still hasn't shown up! I've been eagerly anticipating its arrival but there hasn't been a peep. I even reached out to Roov twice via email but haven't received any response. It's really annoying as I have 2 cats who are always causing a mess, and I was relying on that vacuum cleaner to keep things tidy. I haven't heard anything at all from Roov, and it's really let me down. I'm beginning to consider asking for a refund because this situation is unacceptable!

    Cancelled order, refund issue

    I've recently had an issue with my order as I had to cancel it because of personal reasons. I got in touch with a customer service agent at Roov who confirmed that my order was successfully cancelled and that I would be getting my refund in 4 to 5 days. However, it's been four days since then and I still haven't received my refund. To add to my surprise, today I got an email saying that my order has been dispatched, even though I cancelled it. I'm really let down by the poor communication and efficiency of Roov's customer service team.

    So, yeah, I received my order and it was all broken, which wasn't great. But then I phoned customer service and this really nice lady sorted me out, seriously. She arranged a new order for me right away, and I was so pleased. I will definitely recommend them and make more purchases from them in the future, no question!
