Setting up another account was a bit of a hassle because I couldn't work out how to transfer money from my current account. So, I had to go through a longer process using a nominated account. However, I do appreciate the competitive rates and range of account options that are on offer.

Flex membership for bag rental
The credit check approval process is really straightforward, and they deliver your items quickly with tracking. It's also easy to extend if needed, and overall the service is great. The only downside is that the pickup window is quite wide, and you can't hire multiple bags at the same time.
