    Bag rental experience

    I recently rented a bag from this place and I must say, it was a brilliant experience. The customer service was top-notch, especially from Amy who really went out of her way to assist me. The variety of bags available was great and the deals on offer were very attractive. I was a bit unsure about renting a bag at first, but Amy's amazing service convinced me to go for it, and I'm so glad I did. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a bag rental.

    The bags they have are really good, and the website is easy to use. But I've been a member for a few months now, and I just can't seem to get the bags I want. Whenever they send me an email saying a bag I like is available again, I rush to buy it, but it's always sold out by then. I've got more than 20 bags on my wishlist and I still haven't managed to buy a single one, which is really disappointing. And having to pay an extra £4.95 for delivery on top of the membership fee doesn't help either. Even though I like the idea and the brand, I don't think it's worth the long-term investment for me.

    I absolutely adore being part of the bag club! It's brilliant to have the chance to test out various bags and figure out which ones I could potentially purchase later on. The whole process of selecting and exchanging the bags is incredibly straightforward, and it feels like I'm giving them a test run before committing to a purchase. The customer service at Cocoon is top-notch, always so accommodating and lovely. All in all, I'm genuinely thrilled with my time at Cocoon!

Although some of the super popular bags can be a bit tricky to nab sometimes, the whole experience has been really good.     I wasn't too sure about signing up at first because a few folks had some negative things to say, but I needed new bags for my new job and some upcoming parties. Despite the doubts, I went ahead and signed up anyway, and let me tell you, it's been absolutely great! I've been a member now for 2 months and I'm really enjoying it. The bags are fantastic and much more affordable compared to other rental places. Every bag I've ordered has been delivered on time, and the customer service team on the phone have been really friendly and helpful. They even sorted me out when I was in a hurry. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends!

    Cancelled subscription, issues with fees

    I cancelled my subscription, but then I had some issues with fees that the company tried to collect even after I got in touch with them to explain my situation. They even threatened legal action when I couldn't pay, which really upset and frustrated me. It wasn't a great experience overall.

    Unique bags for occasional wear

    Cocoon is a great spot for people like me who struggle to make decisions and don't want to spend loads of cash on a bag they might only use a few times. They've got a wide range of bags, all in perfect condition. The delivery was super quick, and the customer service was excellent. I think I'll be a regular customer here for a while. I definitely recommend it!

    The customer service at this store is simply amazing. As soon as I entered, I got a friendly welcome and the staff knew exactly what they were talking about. They really wanted to help me find the perfect bag for any occasion. Amy and Isobel were so helpful, answering all my questions and giving me great advice on the products they had. It's clear they really care about their customers, and the quality of the bags is top-notch; the designs are really special. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely come back here for all my bag needs in the future.

    I think Cocoon is a really good idea and they've got a great variety of bags to choose from. I like that the membership is a good price too. But, I've had a problem with how long it takes for my orders to arrive. Even though the website says they'll deliver the next day, my stuff has always taken 2-3 working days to get to me. It's been a let-down a few times because I needed the bag for events and it didn't come on time. It would be helpful if Cocoon could update their website to show that delivery actually takes 2-3 working days instead of promising next day delivery.

    I bought this amazing leather handbag from that shop not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the different options they have. The bags are really high quality and there are so many styles and colours to pick from, it's great.     I bought a designer bag from this shop and I was really happy with the amazing selection of top-quality items they have. The variety of bags they offer is really impressive, with brands like Prada and Gucci, and each one is just gorgeous.     I bought a 3-month membership and thought I would get some sort of service with it. I was really let down when I tried to get in touch with the company though. I rang them several times over a week, left messages, and even sent an email, but got no reply at all. It's annoying that their website says they'll reply within 1 business day, yet here I am, still waiting. It's obvious that they're not doing what they say they will, and it's not right to take money without giving the service I expected. I have asked for a refund, because this kind of business behaviour just isn't acceptable.

    Luggage swap for holiday

    I had a problem with getting my bag swapped, but Amy Taylor really went out of her way to make sure I got it in time for my holiday. Even though the courier messed up, Amy was really helpful and managed to sort out the bag I needed at the last minute. Her outstanding service made my trip completely stress-free and enjoyable.
