I received a 3-month gift membership for fashionable and timeless bags and I have to say, my time with the service has been absolutely amazing. Each month, I was sent a thoughtfully chosen collection of trendy bags along with some more classic options, which I thought was really impressive. I couldn't wait for each new delivery to arrive, excited to see what lovely surprise was in store for me.
Ordering was easy and stress-free, so I could just concentrate on enjoying my new accessory. And the customer service team were fantastic - always there to help and quick to respond to any questions or worries I had. They were really professional too.New bags! Love them!
I wasn't too sure about signing up at first because a few folks had some negative things to say, but I needed new bags for my new job and some upcoming parties. Despite the doubts, I went ahead and signed up anyway, and let me tell you, it's been absolutely great! I've been a member now for 2 months and I'm really enjoying it. The bags are fantastic and much more affordable compared to other rental places. Every bag I've ordered has been delivered on time, and the customer service team on the phone have been really friendly and helpful. They even sorted me out when I was in a hurry. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends!
Available all the time.
I started using Cocoon since last 2021. Initially I was skeptical and wasnt sure of it. I wasn't sure I'll find something that fits my standards. Louisa talked me into signing up and giving it a trial. She said if at first trial I don't find something I like, then it's fine if in opt out. I did give a trial and like they say a trial convinced me.
No sweeter thing than having a store like Ccoon where you can easily go pick a bag to suit whatever event time you've got and at the same time know that you ain't just picking that bag but that you have the luxury of doing that same routing anytime you need some bags for that outing.Beautiful bags
The customer service at this store is simply amazing. As soon as I entered, I got a friendly welcome and the staff knew exactly what they were talking about. They really wanted to help me find the perfect bag for any occasion. Amy and Isobel were so helpful, answering all my questions and giving me great advice on the products they had. It's clear they really care about their customers, and the quality of the bags is top-notch; the designs are really special. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely come back here for all my bag needs in the future.
Bag rental experience
I recently rented a bag from this place and I must say, it was a brilliant experience. The customer service was top-notch, especially from Amy who really went out of her way to assist me. The variety of bags available was great and the deals on offer were very attractive. I was a bit unsure about renting a bag at first, but Amy's amazing service convinced me to go for it, and I'm so glad I did. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a bag rental.
Bag purchase
The bags they have are really good, and the website is easy to use. But I've been a member for a few months now, and I just can't seem to get the bags I want. Whenever they send me an email saying a bag I like is available again, I rush to buy it, but it's always sold out by then. I've got more than 20 bags on my wishlist and I still haven't managed to buy a single one, which is really disappointing. And having to pay an extra £4.95 for delivery on top of the membership fee doesn't help either. Even though I like the idea and the brand, I don't think it's worth the long-term investment for me.
Leather handbag
I bought this amazing leather handbag from that shop not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the different options they have. The bags are really high quality and there are so many styles and colours to pick from, it's great. I'd been keeping an eye on one bag in particular, and when it came back in stock, the customer service team let me know straight away. I think it's really impressive how much care and effort they put into making sure customers are happy.
Designer bag purchase
I bought a designer bag from this shop and I was really happy with the amazing selection of top-quality items they have. The variety of bags they offer is really impressive, with brands like Prada and Gucci, and each one is just gorgeous. I got loads of compliments on the Prada Hobo bag I wore for my birthday, and the Gucci Marmont bag I took to Paris for my wedding anniversary was just as lovely. The leather on the Gucci bag was so soft and luxurious, it really made my outfit look even better.
Joined the bag club
I absolutely adore being part of the bag club! It's brilliant to have the chance to test out various bags and figure out which ones I could potentially purchase later on. The whole process of selecting and exchanging the bags is incredibly straightforward, and it feels like I'm giving them a test run before committing to a purchase. The customer service at Cocoon is top-notch, always so accommodating and lovely. All in all, I'm genuinely thrilled with my time at Cocoon!

I've got to say, the customer service at this place is outstanding. The team goes the extra mile to help with any questions or concerns, and they really know their stuff when it comes to handbags. Subscription service
Oh my goodness, the customer service at this place is amazing! They replied to all my questions really quickly and were so professional. I decided to cancel my subscription after a few months because I wasn't using it, but the team was really understanding about it. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got!

The luxury bag subscription at Cocoon is amazing - they have such a great selection of top brands and styles to choose from. Every month, I get so excited to see what new bag I'll be getting to add to my collection. I would definitely recommend this subscription to anyone who loves luxury bags and wants to try out new styles.
Designer bag purchase
The thought of being able to get hold of designer bags is just great, and Cocoon has such a wide range to pick from. Although some of the super popular bags can be a bit tricky to nab sometimes, the whole experience has been really good. The customer service crew over at Cocoon have been really quick to respond and so helpful, always sorting out any problems or queries right away.
Cancelled subscription, issues with fees
I cancelled my subscription, but then I had some issues with fees that the company tried to collect even after I got in touch with them to explain my situation. They even threatened legal action when I couldn't pay, which really upset and frustrated me. It wasn't a great experience overall.
Unique bags for occasional wear
Cocoon is a great spot for people like me who struggle to make decisions and don't want to spend loads of cash on a bag they might only use a few times. They've got a wide range of bags, all in perfect condition. The delivery was super quick, and the customer service was excellent. I think I'll be a regular customer here for a while. I definitely recommend it!
Bag rental membership
I think Cocoon is a really good idea and they've got a great variety of bags to choose from. I like that the membership is a good price too. But, I've had a problem with how long it takes for my orders to arrive. Even though the website says they'll deliver the next day, my stuff has always taken 2-3 working days to get to me. It's been a let-down a few times because I needed the bag for events and it didn't come on time. It would be helpful if Cocoon could update their website to show that delivery actually takes 2-3 working days instead of promising next day delivery.
Monthly handbag subscription
I absolutely love receiving a new handbag every month from this subscription service! The range of bags available is fantastic, and I always manage to find something I really like. What sets this service apart is the outstanding customer service. Amy, in particular, is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely give this service a 5-star rating and highly recommend it to all my friends.
3-month membership purchase
I bought a 3-month membership and thought I would get some sort of service with it. I was really let down when I tried to get in touch with the company though. I rang them several times over a week, left messages, and even sent an email, but got no reply at all. It's annoying that their website says they'll reply within 1 business day, yet here I am, still waiting. It's obvious that they're not doing what they say they will, and it's not right to take money without giving the service I expected. I have asked for a refund, because this kind of business behaviour just isn't acceptable.
Stunning bags, fast exchange
I absolutely love the bags from this place! The quality is amazing and each design is so special and pretty. I had to swap a bag for a different style recently, and the whole process was really quick and easy. I'm really grateful for the great customer service and attention to detail that this company gives. All in all, it was a brilliant experience and I'll definitely be coming back to buy more.
