Review about: Perfume's Club
Fragrance
I can't believe how bold this company is. Their customer service is so incompetent, it's hard to believe. I ordered a perfume and had to contact the delivery company myself when my parcel didn't show up on time. It took a whole month for them to admit my package was lost, and even then they didn't want to give me a refund. I had to take it up with PayPal and start a dispute just to get my money back, and even then they only refunded part of it. It's outrageous and not acceptable. I recommend staying away from them at all costs.
Review about: Create and Craft
Set of 10 magic hooks
I recently bought a pack of 10 magic hooks from Create and Craft. Ordering was easy peasy, and my parcel turned up in no time. But, I have to say, I was a bit gutted with the hooks themselves. I thought I'd use them to hang up my Christmas wreath on a door inside that was painted, but as soon as I took them off after the festive season, they took off some of the paint too. Not quite what I had in mind, and now I'm not so sure about ordering from Create and Craft again in the future.
