Quick and diverse product range
I was really impressed with all the different products they have on the website. It's great that they have everything I need all in one place, it's so convenient. But I have to say, I did find the website layout a bit confusing at first and I had some trouble figuring out how to get around it.

I was really pleased with the help I got from the TechTrade team member. He not only found me the right machine, but also gave me advice on getting the latest software. His friendly approach made the whole thing really enjoyable. The machine is working great, it does everything it promised, it supports iMovie, and it arrived on time. Plus, the price was very competitive. I'm really happy with my purchase overall.

Sweatshirt purchase with colour defect
I bought a sweatshirt from the website recently, but when it arrived, I noticed a clear colour defect. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to getting it. To top it off, I had to pay £6.20 to return it, which just added to my frustration. I know these things can happen, but I was expecting better quality control and customer service.
