Claim processing delays
I recently had a really frustrating experience with Petwise when I tried to submit a claim for my pet. I sent the claim to my vet back in January, but it took weeks for Petwise to actually receive it. From then on, it felt like I was just waiting endlessly for any progress to be made. The whole situation was really disappointing, especially because it was such a tough time for me as I had recently lost my pet. While the staff members were polite, they just couldn't seem to speed up the process which was really frustrating. I really hope they can improve their claim handling in the future so that others don't have to go through the same ordeal.

I really like using the database for my research. It gives me loads of valuable information that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. The only thing I wish is that I could pay monthly to access it, like other platforms, without any search limits or restricted records. Anyway, I still think the people who keep up the database do a great job!

What has happened to Giardano Wines?
I have dealt with this company for 20 years with no problem but I ordered a case 9th July andhave given up waiting for it. Despite a lot of telephone calls to Italy and many broken delivery promises, I am still waiting. I requested a refund in August which they refuse to issue.
Non mi occuperò mai più di te, mi sento così deluso da quella che una volta era una meravigliosa azienda italian.
Update, they have agreed to a refund which I asked for 2 weeks ago, now they say I have to wait 2 more weeks. That will be if I receive it, 20 working days before I get my money back!

Well, another week passes and still no refund! I am starting to doubt their sincerity of actually giving me a refund at all. They talk about the 'administration department' as if its a separate entity. You are all the SAME company. Issue the refund....!
