Senior pet insurance
Why would you settle for anything less when you can get the best insurance for your elderly furry friend? Petwise has been a real lifesaver for my older dog. They have made veterinary claims a breeze and always give quick and helpful responses to any questions I have. The customer service at Petwise is excellent, they are always polite, clear, and responsive. They really went the extra mile during a difficult time and made everything easy for me. Emergency spay claim
I recently had to sort out a claim for an emergency spay because of pyometra in my dog. Even though Petwise didn't have her history (which isn't really their fault), the whole process of making the claim was straightforward and hassle-free. The operation took place on the 16th of August, I submitted the claim, asked for the history, and got confirmation of successful completion via email on Tuesday evening.
Pet insurance for my older cat
I decided to go for pet insurance for my older cat from Petwise and I must say, I was really impressed with their service! Even though my cat is getting on a bit, I still managed to get a really good deal for the insurance. Sadly, my cat passed away just before the renewal was due, but when I got in touch with Petwise, they were so understanding and cancelled the last month of the insurance, giving me a refund without any fuss. They even helped out with covering the cremation costs through an end-of-life care claim. At first, there was a little delay in getting all the required information from my vet, but once that was sorted, the claim payout came through quickly. I have to admit, the folks over at Petwise were incredibly helpful, very professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Dog insurance
I've just got insurance for my dog at Petwise. The guy I spoke to was quite helpful, but it took longer than it should have. He spent half an hour going through all the terms and conditions, which could have been quicker with a few questions and pointing me to the website for more info. Although I did appreciate his effort, I think they could make this part of the process better for the customer. However, I have to give credit where it's due, he did sort out the insurance efficiently, so I'd rate it 5 stars.
