This company is absolutely dreadful. They changed the venue and date of the race twice, and now they're changing it again due to Covid-19, without offering refunds. It's ridiculous, they never give money back, it's a complete scam.

Discount request issue
When I placed an order with SNS, I came across a 20% discount offer on their website. Wanting to make use of it, I got in touch with their customer service to ask if they could adjust my invoice to include the discount before my item was delivered. Sadly, they said they couldn't do that after the purchase had been made, even though I could still return the product within 14 days. This meant I'd have to go through the hassle of sending it back and buying it again to get the discount. To make things worse, their physical stores don't take online returns, so I'd have to pay extra for shipping. It's really disappointing when a company sticks to its policies rather than focusing on keeping customers happy and making things easy for them.

I've been a student at this academy for quite a few years, and I've got to say, the courses they offer are really useful.
