Mis-sized clothing
I bought some clothes from this shop recently and sadly, they were all the wrong size - too small. When I tried to send them back, they charged me £13 for the return postage. Highstreet Outlet (HSO) said they would help with £5 towards the postage costs but then took it from my refund without telling me. Also, they blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't get in touch to sort it out. It's not good to see a company behaving like this, especially in fashion where keeping customers happy is so important. It's really disappointing to see a company being so sneaky.

Varifocal glasses
I've got to say, these varifocal glasses I got from this place are absolutely brilliant! They came in much quicker than I expected, like, lightning fast! And they fit like a dream, it's as if they were custom-made just for me! I went for varifocals because I really need them, and they're working wonders for me. Can we just take a moment to appreciate the price? It's honestly ridiculously cheap! The service at this place is top-notch, they make it so simple and the people there are so friendly and helpful. I'm over the moon with my new glasses, couldn't be happier!

Last minute custom T-shirt order
I needed a custom T-shirt at short notice, so I gave the shop a call on Friday. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could help, despite it being a busy weekend for them. They managed to print the T-shirt in less than 24 hours and it was ready for me to pick up by midday on Saturday - now that's what I call speedy service! The printing quality was even better than I had hoped for and I was really impressed with how it turned out. I'll definitely be going back as a customer in the future, thanks to their fantastic service and top-notch product quality.

Guatemala trip with engaging guide
We had an amazing time discovering Guatemala with our wonderful guide, Mitzy. One of the best parts of our trip was interacting with the local communities, and we really appreciated the carefully planned itinerary that let us explore the country at a comfortable pace. It was an adventure, but without the typical challenges of more daring trips. I would definitely suggest this experience to others.

Classic perfumes, good offers
I bought a couple of bottles of classic perfume from Beauty Base recently and I was really pleased with my purchase. They had a great range of scents to pick from and I managed to snag some really good deals on the products I wanted. The 100ml bottles were just the right size for me and much cheaper than what I had seen elsewhere. Beauty Base is now my favourite place to go when I need to top up on my favourite perfumes.
