Travel insurance policy
I bought travel insurance from this company recently. Although the prices at the start looked good, the coverage and claiming process were really disappointing. The policy is actually backed by a different company, which made things confusing and complicated when I needed to use it. Dealing with the claims was a real pain and took up a lot of my time. Based on my experience, I wouldn't advise others to use this service.

Fake scarf purchase
I bought a scarf online thinking it was a bargain, but it was a fake. The quality was really poor and not at all like what was shown on the website. To top it off, I tried reaching out to customer service via email but got no response. I feel silly for falling for their scam. I just want to tell others to avoid this company and not buy anything from them.

Eco-friendly purchase
I've just bought something eco-friendly from this company and I have to say, their projects are really impressive. It's great to see that there are organisations out there focusing on reforestation and sustainability, it gives me hope for the future. The website is easy to use, clear and accessible, so I found it simple to figure out how forests, purchases, and gifts all work. I had to contact their online support team for a special request and I was really happy with how quick, efficient and friendly they were in helping me out.

Guides, hotels, tour vehicles, enjoyable tours, recommend, wonderful people.
I recently went on a tour with this company and had a bit of a mixed experience. The guides were really clued up and friendly, which definitely made the trip better. However, the hotel in Cusco wasn't up to scratch and I'd suggest going for a fancier option next time. But, to look on the bright side, the tour vehicles were all really comfy and made it a breeze to get around. The actual tours were fun too and I got to know some lovely people who were also along for the ride.
