I was really happy with the service I got when ordering my two double cloudburst 200 litre water butt kits. The person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and made the ordering process really easy. I was amazed at how quickly my items arrived, just a week after ordering. The delivery service kept me updated every step of the way, which was great. The prices were good too, making it even better value for money. The only downside was that they had run out of some other items I wanted, but I'll definitely be back in the spring to get more. All in all, a brilliant experience and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Refund delay
I need to tell you about an issue I've had with this company I've been a customer of for a long time. I usually don't have any problems with them, but recently I had to return something and it's been a nightmare trying to get my money back. I sent the item back on the 24th of November, and even checked to make sure it was delivered safely. Then I waited patiently for my refund, but it never showed up. I called their helpline a few times, and each time they said they would sort it out quickly, but it's just not happening. Now I'm still waiting for my refund and it's really frustrating. I might have to contact my credit card company or even think about legal action if they don't sort this out soon. This whole situation has really put me off using them again in the future, which is a shame after all these years of being a loyal customer.
