    Unreceived order, unhelpful customer service

    I ordered something at the start of the month and it hasn't turned up yet. I got an email saying my order was confirmed but it's nowhere to be found. The customer service team has been no help at all, saying they can't locate my customer number and order details even though I paid for it. I've sent loads of emails and called them a few times but still no progress on getting my order.

    Return and refund issue

    My experience with this company was absolutely awful when I needed to return an item and get a refund. Everything was fine at first, but when I tried to sort out the return, the customer service was shockingly bad. I sent many emails, but didn't get a response to any of them. I also had two really frustrating phone calls where they basically said I would get a refund at some point, but couldn't tell me when. When I asked to speak with someone who could actually help, they refused. Dealing with them was a complete nightmare, and I won't be buying from them again. The reviews online show that I'm not the only one who had a dreadful experience - they're happy to take your money, but not so keen on giving it back.

    I recently had a really annoying time trying to get a refund from this company called Mona. They had been holding onto my refund since the end of August. After weeks of going back and forth with them and getting nowhere, I decided to take action and got in touch with my bank. Just two weeks after my bank started looking into it, I got a cheque and an apology from Mona. If you're in the same boat, my suggestion is don't hesitate to contact your bank or payment provider to get your money back. You might also want to think about getting PayPal involved if needed. After this whole mess, I won't be trusting Mona again. Best of luck to anyone going through something similar.

    I'm really sorry to hear that you had a similar disappointing experience like others have shared. I placed my order back in September and was eagerly waiting for my items to be delivered. However, after waiting for several weeks with no updates, I decided to contact customer service. I was shocked to find out that my order hadn't even left the warehouse. It was really frustrating not being kept in the loop about this issue, and to make matters worse, the company had already taken payment from my bank account without delivering the goods. Despite making numerous phone calls and sending emails, the situation wasn't resolved, leaving me feeling let down as a loyal customer. The lack of responsibility and failure to offer a satisfactory solution has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

    I bought some clothes from this store not long ago but they didn't fit me well, so I sent them back as soon as possible.     I need to tell you about an issue I've had with this company I've been a customer of for a long time. I usually don't have any problems with them, but recently I had to return something and it's been a nightmare trying to get my money back. I sent the item back on the 24th of November, and even checked to make sure it was delivered safely. Then I waited patiently for my refund, but it never showed up. I called their helpline a few times, and each time they said they would sort it out quickly, but it's just not happening. Now I'm still waiting for my refund and it's really frustrating. I might have to contact my credit card company or even think about legal action if they don't sort this out soon. This whole situation has really put me off using them again in the future, which is a shame after all these years of being a loyal customer.

    Quilted jacket purchase

    I bought a quilted jacket from this company when they had a special offer. The quality was okay, but I was a bit let down because there was no lining in the jacket for the price I paid. When I checked out their other items, I realised most of them were polyester and the jumpers/sweaters were acrylic, both materials I don't rate highly. All in all, I thought their prices were too steep considering the materials they were using.

    Boots not received

    I ordered a pair of boots from this place back on the 15th of October, and guess what? I still haven't received them! They told me my order was shipped from Germany on the 28th of October, but there's no sign of the boots yet. I've phoned them twice to find out where my boots are, but they haven't been helpful at all. They even said they don't have a tracking number - can you believe it? Now I'm thinking about cancelling my order and demanding a refund, but I don't think it's going to be easy.

    I placed an order online back in August, but it still hasn't turned up. I've been trying for weeks to follow it up and get a refund sorted out.     Initially, I was really happy with the quality of the clothes I got from this company. But things went downhill when I had some problems with returning something and getting my money back.     This was just our second time ordering from them, and unfortunately, my wife needed a bigger size. But returning it was an absolute breeze! We simply had to select the reason for return, peel off the sticky label, repack it, attach the prepaid label, and pop it into the Post Office. I even sent them an email to show my gratitude, and despite all the chaos with the lockdown, Marion got back to me in just 14 minutes. And you know what? My wife absolutely adores the clothes!

    I bought two tops from this company recently, and I've got to say, I've been pretty disappointed with the whole experience. When I got the email confirmation, it said the delivery would take 9-11 days, but didn't specify whether that included weekends or not. Well, after 15 days had gone by, still no tops. I gave them a couple of calls and sent an email to ask what was going on, and all they said was they needed to check with the "back office". Talk about frustrating! And then, to make matters worse, I got a catalogue from them today, which just annoyed me even more since I hadn't even got my original order yet. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again unless they sort out their delivery times and start keeping customers in the loop.

    Oh gosh, what a nightmare! I ordered a pair of shoes for my mum back in August and it's been a complete disaster. I didn't receive any updates, so I decided to give them a call in September, but they just kept giving me the runaround. They blamed a system upgrade, but said it shouldn't have affected my order. I ended up having to cancel and reorder, but come November, still no sign of the shoes! They promised to investigate, but it took forever for them to take any action. When I phoned them today, they admitted they had forgotten to check the system like they said they would. How unprofessional! Can you believe they even had the audacity to claim their customer service was rated as excellent? Urgh! Learn from my mistake and avoid shopping there at all costs!

    I used to really enjoy shopping at this store for all my fashion needs. I've been a loyal customer for many years and it was always my first choice for trendy and one-of-a-kind pieces. But now, with the store changing its branding and style, it just doesn't catch my eye anymore. The new direction seems to be more focused on a German-European style rather than the Italian flair that I used to adore. The colours, designs, and options they offer no longer feel right for me.     I'm really disappointed with my first order from this company. When I called customer service, they gave me a weak excuse about their IT system migration causing delays for orders placed in September. They told me to leave a note on my door for delivery, which I wasn't happy about. Emailing customer care worked better, but my first impression wasn't great. Since this was my first time ordering from them, I don't think I'll be placing another order in the future.
