I had a great experience booking my holiday with Molly. She was fantastic and really went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted for us. There are loads of different options to choose from so you can create the perfect look. The prices and quality are really top-notch. Delivery arrived earlier than I thought, and the delivery guys were really pleasant. I would definitely recommend them because the customer service is excellent.

Roof crossbars
The roof crossbars were a bit tricky to fit at first because they were quite fiddly, but once I got them on, they were really sturdy. The plastic covers that were included to make them look nice didn't quite fit properly and seemed like they might come loose while I was driving, so I just decided to leave them off. But even with that little issue, I'm happy with how good and strong the product is overall.

Photo towel gift purchase
I bought a photo towel from this company as a gift and was initially told it would arrive on the 5th of October. However, the date was then changed to the 20th of October, a whole month after I placed the order. The customer service team gave weak excuses for the delay, and when I tried to track my order with the delivery code they provided, the carrier they claimed to use didn't recognise it. I was really let down by the service from this company and would advise others to be careful.
