Photo towel gift purchase
I bought a photo towel from this company as a gift and was initially told it would arrive on the 5th of October. However, the date was then changed to the 20th of October, a whole month after I placed the order. The customer service team gave weak excuses for the delay, and when I tried to track my order with the delivery code they provided, the carrier they claimed to use didn't recognise it. I was really let down by the service from this company and would advise others to be careful.

Wow, this t-shirt is amazing! It fits me really well and the delivery was surprisingly fast. I did have a bit of trouble with the delivery company, but it wasn't Gifta's fault. They sent me another package promptly, and it arrived in no time at all. The customer service was incredibly helpful and friendly, they sorted everything out in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

Photo on aluminium print
This was the first time I ordered a photo printed on aluminium from this site. The delivery was alright, but I was a bit let down by the quality of the photo. The edges of the print were frayed and there were some white spots inside the photo that weren't in the original.

I ordered a personalised painting for my friend and it arrived right on time with excellent printing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else. The whole process was really easy, and the final product looked absolutely amazing. My friend absolutely adored it too!

I recently ordered some photos to be printed, but I was quite disappointed with the outcome. The image quality was really poor, and there was no customer follow-up. If you make a mistake, like I did, you end up with a photo that's not worth keeping and money down the drain because they print it without checking for flaws.
I was told that the image quality was low, despite the fact that it was taken by a professional photographer with an expensive camera. Moreover, the prices were exorbitant. So, I ordered 8 T-shirts for this epic party I'm throwing. I received an email saying they were on their way, which seemed good. But then, on the day of the party, I was like, "Hey, when are my awesome T-shirts arriving?" And you know what? They hadn't even processed my payment! Can you believe it? And when I asked why they hadn't bothered to inform me, they just said, "We're too busy, mate!" It's ridiculous. Now I have no cool T-shirts for my party. This place is a complete mess, mate. Better to avoid it, okay?

I bought a lovely tabletop photo frame from Gifta not long ago. It turned up pretty quickly, and the picture came out nicely printed. But you know what? The frame was a bit naff - made from really cheap plastic, not what I had in mind at all. So all in all, it didn't quite live up to what I thought it would be and left me feeling a bit let down.
