Canvas print of digital illustration
I recently bought a canvas print of a digital illustration as a gift for a friend. I thought I might need to do some touch-ups with a brush, as I've had issues with other printers before. To my surprise, it was perfect. The colours are just like the original digital image, really lovely, and almost looks hand-painted. The quality of the work is top-notch, and I will definitely buy from them again. Their quality is much better than others I've used before. The price was exactly what I expected too. The only slight problem was that I ordered the canvas with a hanger, but it wasn't mounted, just in a bag with the nails. Still, it was a small issue and didn't affect my overall happiness with the product.

Photo towel gift purchase
I bought a photo towel from this company as a gift and was initially told it would arrive on the 5th of October. However, the date was then changed to the 20th of October, a whole month after I placed the order. The customer service team gave weak excuses for the delay, and when I tried to track my order with the delivery code they provided, the carrier they claimed to use didn't recognise it. I was really let down by the service from this company and would advise others to be careful.

Photo on aluminium print
This was the first time I ordered a photo printed on aluminium from this site. The delivery was alright, but I was a bit let down by the quality of the photo. The edges of the print were frayed and there were some white spots inside the photo that weren't in the original.

I recently ordered some photos to be printed, but I was quite disappointed with the outcome. The image quality was really poor, and there was no customer follow-up. If you make a mistake, like I did, you end up with a photo that's not worth keeping and money down the drain because they print it without checking for flaws.
I was told that the image quality was low, despite the fact that it was taken by a professional photographer with an expensive camera. Moreover, the prices were exorbitant. There are definitely better websites out there for printing photos. I won't be using this service again!8 T-shirts
So, I ordered 8 T-shirts for this epic party I'm throwing. I received an email saying they were on their way, which seemed good. But then, on the day of the party, I was like, "Hey, when are my awesome T-shirts arriving?" And you know what? They hadn't even processed my payment! Can you believe it? And when I asked why they hadn't bothered to inform me, they just said, "We're too busy, mate!" It's ridiculous. Now I have no cool T-shirts for my party. This place is a complete mess, mate. Better to avoid it, okay?
