Fake goods return
My experience with Antonioli was so disappointing. The fake Balenciaga trainers I got were really bad quality, and when I sent them back, they charged me extra fees which didn't make sense. Having to pay more after I'd already paid for the return delivery was annoying and made me feel like I'd been ripped off. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company because it was just a waste of time and money.

Furniture purchase
I bought some new furniture recently and I was pretty happy with how it looked and felt. Unfortunately, one of the pieces had a tiny scratch when it arrived, which was a bit of a letdown. I had to send it back, which was a bit of a pain, but they sorted out a refund for me pretty quickly.

My recent purchase
I recently bought something and was pretty happy with it in general. But when I tried to log into the website, I had a problem. Even though I reset my password and was told an email would come to reset it, I never got anything. It was annoying because everything had been fine until a couple of days ago. I'm hoping it's just a temporary issue and that the company is fixing it quickly. It would be good to get some info on what's happening.
