Terrible terrible customer experience. Been chasing them to register to a program, chasing to make a payment. Wouldn't recommend it for the price you are paying, not worth it as service should be much better.

Stay well away from these liars, all they care about is money, they lie, retract what they say, the worst energy company by far. When you are already going through difficulties, dealing with the loss of a parent, they come and stick a boot in further, no humanity in this company whatsoever!!!!! Then they threaten you with debt collectors too while saying they are looking into the complaint!! Never ending liars.

DO NOT use this company. They do not ever pay there drivers for completed trips so it is highly likely your driver will not arrive to pick you up once you have booked. They currently owe me around £600

I'm really a little shocked to read such scathing reviews regarding TJC! It certainly hasn't been my experience at all! I've shopped with them for some considerable time.
I'm always sent e-mails when they've received any returned items and never had a problem with refunds. When I've needed to contact the customer service department, any queries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. In all, they seem most helpful and friendly. Many thanks to you all. It's a pleasure shopping with you.Well, all I can say, is that you are one of the very "few" lucky & loyal customers. Let's pray, you never encounter an issue, and receive awful customer service!
