T-shirt purchase
I bought this really cute T-shirt from Joules, but then I discovered that I could have bought two for a cheaper price! So, I went back to the store the next day with my receipt and asked if I could still get the deal. Unfortunately, they said no because I was already wearing the shirt. I mean, really? All I wanted was to buy another one, not to return the original!

Phone purchase
I recently purchased a second-hand phone from this shop and I have to admit, the phone looked absolutely immaculate! It completely lived up to their grading system. When they say 'pristine', they really mean it, unlike some other places. However, the battery health of the iPhone 8 Plus was only at 90%, which was a bit lower than I expected for a phone rated as pristine. Apart from that, everything else was great. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase. I would definitely suggest this shop for refurbished phones.
